went in tonight and there was one worker who was obviously on something, kept staring into space and being very loud and not with it, watched him walk around aimlessly, and ditch the other worker at the line as he ran out the back, leaving for quite a while, he seemed new yet looked old enough to be the manager, felt so bad for the workers he left behind
Where is my voucher !!!??

Great …. What now ?
This company has just gone into liquidation.
I had two boxes of food cancelled over the last month, although they were charged to my account (£110 total).
Very little chance I'll get the money back, so appears to be calculated fraud on their part.
really great food.
my only issue is that it is really expensive.

We switched to FeastBox from Hello Fresh around 3 months ago. It’s been a bit of a frustrating time to be honest. On the plus side, we LOVE the food and recipes. They have all been really nice so far and the selection is right up our street. The meals are a good size and the ingredients normally arrive in pretty good condition.
However, on the downside, almost every single week, there is a problem. Either some ingredients are missing, the recipe cards are missing, the box arrives a day or two late. We’ve rarely had a week where something hasn’t gone wrong so the primary issue for me is the quality control. This has GOT to improve.
I have found customer service to be pretty responsive and helpful thus far and really don’t want to cancel the sub so I’m hoping something can be done about the quality control.

The recipes are mostly really good, comes in nice packaging. However, sometimes they sent loose items, like tomatoes, chillis, bay leaves.its better if they are in a plastic bag, tomatoes gets crushed easily,so are spring onions.
My family enjoys hving the food i prepare from feast box.I think the quantity isn’t sufficient, specially the main portion of meat n fish. They sent plenty of veg, corrianders, but not the meat or fish!In my opinion,if you order for four,3 ppl could eat sufficiently
Overall,quiet happy with them.

First try of feastbox. I was impressed. Clear instructions, all ingredients already prepared, and when it all came together it was a memorable meal. Something that you couldn't prepare from scratch normally but it was restaurant quality.
I will be back for more

The box was delivered in good condition and well packaged with the recipe cards and ingredients. I had 2 meals - Beef Rendang & Beef Stroganof. For the rendang I had already purchased galangal in advance just in case I got ginger as a substitute which has happened a number of times. I did get the galangal but it was not so fresh and by the time I was ready to cook the rendang I couldn't use the galangal supplied as it had dried up a bit and used what I purchased in advance.
Both dishes were easy to make with the recipes giving good instructions. Both very flavoursome, tasty dishes that I would happily order again. Still good value for money with no waste. Nearly all the packaging can be recycled - a plus.

Whilst the menus and the food are good, the customer service experience does not match. I emailed to advise one of the onions was rotten with brown slime in the centre, and the fish smelt and asked feast box take care in for future orders. To my surprise, no acknowledgement or one might have expected a free replacement meal. I followed up via email to say I was surprised they did not reply - but did not get a reply once more.
Whilst I will continue for now as the food is good when its in good condition and I enjoy cooking the meals, the customer service has been frustrating.
I post this review to see if I receive any reply from feast box this way .....

Our first orders from Feastbox were the chicken pad Thai and Aubergine Katsu curry.
While having more ingredients to prepare (and a generous amount of washing generated!) than our usual cooking, my husband and I enjoyed cooking together and loved the results. We would definitely consider Feastbox again for special occasions.
The recipe cards are easy to follow and allow you to get everything prepared before cooking begins. The ingredients were fresh and stayed fresh over a few days.
I preferred the Pad Thai of the two choices we made, but then I love coriander!

We were given the BBQ box as a gift and good quality ingredients and straight forward instructions made our feast box dinner a great success with friends.

The meals always come out tasty.
Ive learnt new cooking skills along the way.
I've noticed prices going up per meal though but this may be a reflection of the current economic climate

Having had several Feast Boxes now they are by far and away the best home delivery kit on the market in terms of quality so I feel it is worth the higher cost as ingredients are always high quality and the little extras that are often included are a real bonus.

We've tried two of the recipes from Feastbox and have been oustandingly impressed by both of them. I felt that they are somewhat pricey though. It's like paying restaurant prices without their overheads or having a chef to cook it for me. I'm not a Brit unfamiliar with curries. I was brought up on them by my anglo Indian grandmother and mother so I can tell if I'm getting something duff or not.
I have two small criticisms: One is that the non-refridgerable items were loose in the box and they really need to be in bags for each recipe because it's a real pain trying to marry up what ingredients go with which recipes. The other small criticism is that it wasn't possible to select the date I wanted the box delivered on and although I was emailed to tell me when the box was coming, it wasn't a convenient day for me to be at home waiting for it to come. I'm sure that both of these issues can be fixed.

Let down by DPD who dumped the box on the doorstep without even knocking. The instructions were to deliver to a neighbour. Lazy.
Good quality ingredients and very tasty meals. Should have received a free bottle of wine as part of referral offer but didn’t.
I will use them again but will need to order for a day I am at home.

The meals are wonderful, the ingredients are fresh and tasty. I have the Vegan options and i'm getting to try meals that I would never tbink to make.
I reccomend them to anyone who wants quick and tasty meals.

I ordered 2 subscription boxes from feastbox. The first one there were missing ingredients and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed my subscription to renew.
The 2nd time I got another email telling me there were missing ingredients ( the box had already been dispatched) then I got another email after I took delivery telling me yet more ingredients are missing. This is obviously unacceptable and I wasn't even offered a refund and since I took delivery had no choice to reorder something else. Customer service offered me a token discount which didn't even get applied to my account.
The plus side is the dishes aren't bad but with missing ingredients and awful communication it's obviously pointless

Very generous portions and a fabulous range of global dishes. The red Thai chicken salad tasted restaurant quality (I'm no chef so it wasn't down to my cookery skills). I like the fact that preparation sometimes take a little work because the meals have so far delivered proportionately on flavour and texture. A couple of substitutions in one out of my four selections but otherwise extremely good.

Really good food easy to follow instructions.
Calorie count slightly high on a couple of meals but I’ll adapt and replace the breads with veg.
Would have been 5 stars but olive oil missing from one of the recipe packs, I keep it in so was ok but it’s a shame to have an item missing on the first box. That said, food quality is good and most packaging can be recycled, would like to see slightly less plastic if possible.
