I bought perfume after it was advertised on Facebook as the perfume shop closing down sale. This was back in February this year and 6 months later plus 100+ emails they have still not managed a successful delivery despite 4 apparent attempts. They refuse to refund and just keep fobbing you off. Scammers!
Definitely a scam. Said three times they had delivered it and one time it went to other end of the country
Won't refund money as parcel been sent. Will never receive money back or delivery.
Now on 65 emails between us!!!!

I brought perfume from this company, requested refund from bank which I got, but I.m still on case with company, I.m asking for item, they still saying they will send, as refusing refund, stay clear, they have no idea I have refund, but said they send item 3 times now, just proves they scammers.
Ordered perfume advertised on Facebook as a closing down sale waited weeks finally tracked down the order to febequ.com commicated by email was told it had been delivered I told them it hadn't been delivered to me was told to try the local post office got fed up with being fobbed off so request a refund they said they would send it out 3 months later still waiting
