Good service, thanks

Have had several Fedex deliveries in past 2 months, they are the only couriers who at least ring the doorbell or knock when they deliver. Much appreciated. Other companies just drop it and run. Have missed seeing deliveries for several hours because of this. Much appreciated FedEx

One of the worst companies to have your…

One of the worst companies to have your parcel with. ALL my parcels in the last 3 months have been handed over to Canada post even when the they were on strike eventhough they drive my house. The supervisor on at the time of my call says It's the only company they have a contract with. So if you want a package delivered do not trust fedex.

FYI -> Great experience with StraightShip give them a try 😉

FedEx...worst service, Ever!

FedEx has gone far beyond being the Worst company I have Ever done business with! Their email they sent with tracking number was said to be a 2day delivery on December 16 2024 and to arrive Dec. 18/2024 by 2pm. Dec 18/24 update was by 8pm, then by 'end of day.' After many attempts to get help the best they offered was a disturbing run-around, to the point of being ridiculous, pure clown world. Today is the 4th of January 2025 and still no sign of my package that's to be delivered from BC, Canada to Ontario...a chuck wagon could have had it here by now

Agent at airport received package then went on holiday so the package still sits.

I sent a Christmas package from California to Toronto in mid December. All the required forms were signed by Dec. 23rd yet the gift continues to sit at the airport. (its Dec. 30th) The agent who received the package went on holiday and they refused to hand it over to another agent. So still it sits there. Hope he's getting back soon (Cesar Murillo). My friend is seriously ill and I'm hoping she'll live to see it.

Sent a package from Red Deer

Sent a package from Red Deer, AB to Levis, QC and package was delivered within a week. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday and delivery was delayed until Monday because of weather in Ontario. Package was also tagged as fragile and the box arrived intact at the final destination. Pretty happy of the service and there's nothing they could do about the weather.

Wrong address

Fedex delivered my packages to the wrong address - the person who received my packages delivered my items to my address 24 hours later - Fedex said they investigated they still insisted that my packages was delivered to the right address.

The Fedex Experience compaired..

I order automotive parts from the states because they are always half the price as compared to buying them in Canada! and that includes shipping fees and Canada Tax! Here is the deal you can see parts move through the Fedex system U.S with no issues..however when they cross the border the Fedex Experience STOPS... Fedex should Really, Really consider giving the Canadian higher up management and CEO there Pink Slip..Hell they should go work for Canada Post!

The Best and Very Professional Service

Had a great and super fast pick up in Winnipeg, Manitoba today 2024-10-24. It took 5 minutes from ordering to pick up. As a business we always use Fedex service and wanted to let Fedex know about this employee/driver, his #6114476. Every time he does excellent job! Very professional! Thank you

Unprofessional, refuses to take responsibility

The company gave me a 4 hour window in the middle of my work day. I made sure I was there in that 4 hr window (9:50am-1:50pm to be exact) They never showed up. I went back to work at 2 and was home by 3:30pm to just to receive a sticker on my window saying they attempted delivery at 3pm. I called to ask if they could deliver after 5pm and their answer was we will put in a request but no promises. I asked if it could be delivered to the local fedex drop centre and they stated they are not able to do that as shipper has to change the delivery location. No matter what i tried to do they refused to cooperate. I asked to speak with a manager not to get someone in trouble but to try to find a solution so I could get my package. The manager left me on hold for over an hour and then I had to call back to be told the manager will call me back later. Terrible experience and will refrain from using in the future if possible

Abysmal customer service and communication

Spent a day at home for a failed delivery. Driver didn't have our buzzer number -- but didn't call or text to indicate. Spoke to customer service to reschedule the delivery the next day. The lady couldn't give me a window of time. I asked what the delivery day was. "Let's say 8am - 5pm." Let's say?? Fine.

Partner spends half the day waiting at home, when I check the manifest and see it's still at the pickup point. I go to the pickup point: they have had no communication from FexEx. They tell me that if I send back to FedEx for re-delivery, it could be sent all the way back to the original sender.

So I am stuck manually getting a 20 lb package six blocks up a hill and I am not impressed. Equally unimpressed that the only way to file a complaint is to call -- seeing as that did nothing for my rescheduling.

I don't understand how in this age of GPS and IM that the delivery experience can be so lacking (to say nothing for the customer service, which is ghastly). I'll do my best to avoid FedEx for delivery again.

The workers don't want to work

The workers don't want to work. The guy had my package in his hand and stuck a sticker with the payment and left. (Second day in a row) I've requested to have them drop it off at a location for a whole day and they ignored and insisted to deliver. Other couriers usually, leave it in my mailbox or deliver it to a location first. FedEx drivers like to drive in circles and accomplish nothing I guess.

I ordered a patio set from Wayfair

I ordered a patio set from Wayfair. The shipment was 3 boxes, 2 of which were delivered to our house on the Monday. On Wednesday of the same week our 3rd package was delivered to an address with the same street name, but in a totally different town. I confirmed the package was there with the home owner and called FedEx withing 10 minutes of delivered to ask for the package to be delivered to our house. They said they would open a case. 4 days later and half a dozen phone calls and no one has made an attempt to pick up my very expensive patio set. It is still sitting out in the elements in front of the other house. If I called FedEx and ordered a pickup they would be here within an hour. I will not purchase from a business that uses FedEx ever again. Customer service is useless. You cannot talk to anyone in country.

FedEx delivered my passport to some…

FedEx delivered my passport to some random address and had some random sign for it and texted me to tell me it was delivered. I called customer service who refused to help in anyway some guy named David (who wasn’t even based in Canada) couldn’t confirm the package was from passport Canada or tell me anything about it. Wouldn’t recall the delivery and offered no solutions to help. “David” couldn’t forward me to a manager and hung up on me. WORST SERVICE EVER. Never trust FEDEX. They don’t even use their real names.
