One of the worst companies out there

One of the worst companies out there. Trying to get a package from FedEx is like pulling teeth. This is the second time having something delivered by them. This time we sat outside waiting for them. We watched FedEx truck drive right by the building without slowing down...two minutes later we get an email saying that they tried to deliver but we weren't there to receive the package. The sheer audacity of that....and of course the usual ran around with phone calls,promises,lack of communication etc....as much as I hate paying for shipping, I would pay just not to have to deal with FedEx

FedEx is trash

FedEx is trash, I would never use this company. If I ever have another choice to ship I would always use a different company. EVERY SINGLE TIME FedEx is used the package is delayed. This time you sent the package to Kentville which was correct, but then sent it further away to Dartmouth then back to Kentville. TRASH

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. My package was suppose to be delivered 3 days ago. I told them to call me when arrived so I can meet them at the gate. They won't do it and instead of delivering the package to a facility near by they keep trying to rescheduling the delivery but refuse to call me when they arrive.

Shoes never arrived, never got refunded

I ordered shoes from Mark's, but they never arrived. On the day of the supposed delivery, a customer service representative from FedEx called me and asked to leave the package in front of my apartment. I agreed, but when I returned home, the shoes were not there. Despite submitting multiple tickets, I have not received a refund or the shoes.

Duties and taxes fees charged more than a month later

I received a package from the USA and more than one month later I started receiving letters from Fedex asking me to pay for taxes and duties for that package. As a customer, I have the right to be informed of the fees I am incurring upon receiving a service instead of being informed one month later through an invoice. Other courier services charge taxes and duties upon delivering the package, which is the right thing to do and allows the client to receive or refuse the package. I contacted Fedex customer service to dispute the fees via phone call, plus sent emails to two different emails provided by customer service to no avail. My emails have not been answered and no one explains the reason for this procedure.

Lazy driver poor quality service

Had no choice but my deliveries were shipped with fedex never again will I be ordering from Walmart online fedex basically delayed my package for over 2 weeks because the lazy driver didn’t want to walk up some stairs to my door literally buzzed me one time I opened and he just took off with the delivery within the 2 weeks he claimed he came to my apartment more then 3 times a day and I wasn’t home meanwhile I’m home all day I’m on mat leave always available later I found out he was going to the wrong address the whole time then he mis delivered to the wrong place and signed for me what a joke over 200 dollars worth of items I made several
Complaints and nothing with done about it the so called manager of the Center where the delivery driver comes from is useless calls me just to say my address was incorrect and I had no buzzer number meanwhile the driver is just a moron he just didn’t want to walk up some stairs he knew where I lived the day he finally delivered my packages I put a note on the door and left the door wide open he still ended up trying to leave me a delivery notice in my mail box stating that I’m not home and he’s returning my packages AGAIN!!! What a clown he ended up bringing my stuff up the damn stairs because I ran out my door the minute he buzzed me fed ex customer service told me that the reason he apparently didn’t deliver my items was because shipper requested ONE out of 3 items be returned so he decides to return all my packages when they are shipped from different shippers what an idiot !!!!!!!!!! I also have a new born baby but I guess who cares right

Karen the Prince George FedEx Express lady…

I just had Karen the FedEx Express lady come and pick up a parcel to go the the US. She is Excellent at her job as she has assisted our business several times over the last year! It is refreshing to have such excellent service.
Karen is an excellent ambassador for your FedEx company.

FedEx is absolutely the worst

FedEx is absolutely the worst shipping company there is. They deserve a major negative review. Tracking showed the package was delivered, my wife went to grab it but couldn't find it in the driveway or the yard. So she decided she would check the neighbours. Then she found the package down by the street. What kind of dummies drop the package off right beside the road. Not even close to the house. Makes me wonder if they do this on purpose, drop it off and get one of their buddies to walk by and steal it? I don't know, seems suspicious that it was left by the road.

A big difference between Tom Hanks's attitude as a FedEx employee in Cast Away and this customer service rep at FedEx!

I didn't want to give them a star but unfortunately, your system didn't allow it! I received a package from an organization that is considered to be FedEx's customer and not me. This organization paid FedEx for this delivery without me being involved, and now FedEx sending me an invoice for Customs fees. I am not even their customer, I didn't enter into a contract with them but because the organization that hired them to do this job is too big of a bite for them they are trying to pin it on me. So, I called FedEx yesterday (Jan 16th, 2024) around noon, and Brian one of their customer service reps took the call. This person was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. There was a big difference between this attitude and Tom Hanks's attitude on Cast Away as a FedEx employee. This was a very bad experience and I will never use FedEx if I have any other options.

Outrageous CHARGES - Fedex GROUND service US->Canada

Fedex GROUND service from the US to Canada charges $54 "Clearance Entry Fee" + $11 "Disbursment Fee" + $3.25 GST on Disb/Ancillary Services Fees" + GST + Duty (if applicable). I had 2 shipments from the US into Canada for identicle items. On 1 shipment the charged me Duty on the value of the item, on the other shipment NO duty was charged. So was Duty required? Did Fedex charge Duty on an item that did not require it? The Fedex charges on 1 shipment totalled $100.09 on an item that cost $175 US ($237.65 CAD). Their fees were nearly 1/2 the value of the item, ridiculous!

Had to take a day off to receive the package, only to have a sticker on the front door, a dog that barks at the slightest noise yet no ring or knock. Have to take another day off just to receive a package, when I was home all day waiting for it. This is a joke

THE WORST SHIPPING SERVICE

THE WORST SHIPPING SERVICE! They refuse to call customers upon arrival so they leave with your package
and REFUSE to provide a secondary pick up location if the customer is unavailable. I will do a song and DANCE when they go out of business! Horrible customer service too!

Can't get through

Absolutely impossible to speak to live person by telephone!
I needed to ship a biological specimen for DNA testing. I was told in one drop off point that they were not allowed to accept biological samples for health and safety reasons - I needed to go to a FedEx Depot. Can't find an address for a "Depot" anywhere - only drop off centres. Tried to call Fed Ex but can only reach an automated voice who offers options that don't help.
On what planet do they call this Customer Service?

Not a top courier company anymore

The courier left packages in the lobby even after I had buzzed him in but apparently he was just to lazy to complete the job. I tried to use the live chat to complain to complain but it doesn't work. I the called the 800 number to complain and my call was answered by someone who had an accent so strong I am still not sure if they understood my complaint. How can they fix these problems? Simple, management has to start taking their business seriously and start firing some bodies starting with the courier and paying the money to hire people who can communicate clearly instead of farming it out to the cheapest call centre.
