What a rubbish courier

What a rubbish courier, they make Evri look professional. Had a delivery due on the 9/6 by 1:30pm, needless to say they did not turn up and took my parcel back to their depot, no attempt was made at delivery. Today, 10/6 it is supposedly out for delivery, no window given I have to just wait in all day for their error.

No delivery when promised.

What a terrible service. One star is too much. Delivery promised today. We were in all day. Message on site at 6.00pm saying that delivery was not possible due to no-one in or 'company' closed. Absolute rubbish. We are in a semi-rural location, but our postcode and address are very clear and straightforward. Never any problem with either Amazon or DPD or loads of others.
It seems the driver could not be bothered coming down our farm road.

Non delivery.

I was due a parcel delivery on 26 May ordered from an eBay seller. I received a notification message from Fedex that it had been delivered (no picture). It hadn’t, well not to me. I checked the tracking and the postcode for the delivered item was about three miles away from me. The item still hasn’t turned up however the seller refunded me in full. When you’ve got satnav how can you get it so wrong. FedEx absolutely useless.

Absolutely hopeless. Gave a four hour delivery window for an item which has to be signed for and didn't turn up. An absolutely appalling service.

False delivery dates result in poor service

As with the other reviews.dreadful service from FedEx. Given a window for delivery, so worked from home to get the delivery of a new bike. With no notice the delivery moved to the next day.Lucky Friday was my day off so I could be at home. Again given a slot 8.30 to 6pm. Waited all day again, no updates on their dreadful tracker. Delivery then changed to ‘end of day’. I waited until 7pm but then this changed again to delivery on Monday. So I waited in two days with no delivery. The bike did arrive on Monday. I mentioned this to the driver and I got the following response ‘Not my fault, I’m doing a favor for another driver’. I know it’s not the drivers fault, it must be down to poor planning and systems. I will never use or recommend FedEx to anyone. Avoid at all costs until they sort their act out.

Fedex faked my signature

Fedex claimed, they have delivered my parcel. They were unable to explain, why house camera did not see any driver and insisted item has been delivered. It turned out, someone faked my signature and used wrong first name. Fedex still insisted it has been delivered. Sender confirmed it came back to them - two days before Fedex forged my signature. When I asked Fedex to explain themselves, they stopped replying to emails.

If you had to give an example of a delivery company that gets everything wrong then look no further than FedEx.
We'll done to CEO of FedEx UK you have made your company a shining example of ineffiency and poor customer service.
Missed the first delivery due to ridiculously large delivery window. Called up and got the AI chat bot (that couldn't put together a two piece jigsaw) and after asking many times got through to customer service. Had the package re routed to a local FedEx collection point.
Then today I get a message to say its still coming to my house !!!
Called the crap bot again and after asking many times I got through to customer service who stated that they could not get in touch with the driver directly!!!
You just can't believe how this company is still in business.

If you have to order a parcel from a company that uses FedEx ask them to use a more reputable carrier or you won't place the order with them. Companies like FedEx only survive when people sit back and let them carry on operating in such a shoddy way.

Fed up with FedEx

FedEx were supposed to arrange a delivery date directly with me.
As delivery address was mothers (end of life), so very important.
No contact was made other than a text informing me of delivery date but no call.
I phoned them and explained please could driver call me when he arrived as I would need to let him in.
No delivery actually occurred on that particular date.
No notification.
I called again FedEx promised to call me when driver arrived at premises. They did not call they left item in hallway outside mums flat, did not press her call her door bell.
It was discovered y a family visit.
Disappointed and disgraceful service.

Awful experience

You cannot possibly rate this joke of a delivery company unless you go sub zero.Or should I say NON delivery company.They delivered my parcel at the wrong address .Despite the photographic evidence of the mistake and no signature provided they are ADAMANT that the address is correct .The dismissive and unhelpful seller customer service believes them despite the evidence . I will make sure none of my orders will involve FedEx in the future!

No updates, no care taken over where they left the item

I'd ordered an item online for £249. The retailer's website just said it had been 'dispatched', so I waited for updates from a delivery service (not knowing which one).

When it became overdue, I asked the retailer about it via web chat. They said Fedex had told them they'd delivered it two days earlier. So I popped out to the entrance area of my apartment block and found it lying on the floor, just to the side of the hallway!

Fedex hadn't given me any information about the delivery, either before or after. The deliverer clearly hadn't bothered to buzz my apartment or knock on my door - I was at home at the time when it was delivered (based on what the retailer told me).

The product was only in its own box, with no outer packaging - so anyone passing by could have seen exactly what it was, and could have been tempted to steal it.

Absolutely appalling service from a gaggle of amateurs.

Very disappointing experience with FedEx

Very disappointing experience with FedEx. My package was shipped 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be delivered several days ago, but the delivery date keeps getting pushed back with no meaningful explanation. Customer service has not been helpful, and I have had to spend my own time chasing updates.

What is most frustrating is that the package has been sitting at the same facility for days without any movement, while the estimated delivery date continues to change. I was due to travel abroad and was relying on receiving the package in time, but FedEx failed to deliver as promised.

Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unreliable delivery service. I will be choosing other shipping companies in the future.

I think one star is too high in all…

I think one star is too high in all honesty.

Was given a window of delivery of between 850am and 1250pm.

That time passed and when I called was told it could arrive as late as 10pm!

No live tracking and bad customer service.

If I order anything online and see Fedex I will ask for an alternative courier company.

Terrible Service

I ordered an article through a printing company and initially received a message from the company that FedX was delivering the parcel. I received a link for the parcel and monitored the tracking. I received a message via FedX that the parcel was arriving on Wednesday 27th May 2026 and that I would receive the parcel before 6pm. I then received a message that the parcel was delayed and would be delivered on Friday 29th May before 6pm. At 4pm I received a message the parcel would now be delivered on Monday 1st June. This was unacceptable as the parcel was needed for a function on Saturday 30th May and it was only ordered because it was originally scheduled to be delivered on the Wednesday. I checked the tracking on Saturday morning and it had arrived at their Gretna base at 6.58am. I phoned the number linked to the Gretna warehouse from their online store and tried 6 times with no reply as I was prepared to drive to Gretna to pick it up.The parcel was delivered on Monday 1st June at 2pm which wasn’t a FedX van and it was no use to me arriving on the Monday. The tracking history was not comparable to the messages I received.

Doorstepping

Arrived home early evening to find my parcel was blowing down the street! ... I only can guess the driver had left it on the doorstep... so I'm lucky of to of retrieved it back...is this standard practice?? Anyone passing could of pinched it!!

WHAT'S LOWER THAN 1?

At the time of writing, FedEx has a Trustpilot score of 1.2/5. I can only assume sellers use Fedex as a handy kill-switch for their business.

Fedex has one job, to deliver stuff when they say they will. No brain surgery, no rocket science. Just pick up - drive - deliver.

FEDEX HAS ONE JOB. I WONDER IF THEY'VE GUESSED WHAT IT IS YET?

An UBER driver as Executive Chair might help. I mean, what is a courier, but a cab share for advance bookings (FedEx, hold the ".… but we do logistics,"' response. You clearly don't!)

Sellers, you sustain FedEx in operation. STOP USING THEM! Look, we get the service (and business) we deserve. Customer buys from you -- you use FedEx -- customer stops buying from you. Simples! At 1.2/5 (that's 1/20, due to no '0' option), FedEx is barely a courier at all, more a lottery. You charge the customer for a ticket, then confiscate their property until they win. Why would they return?
