The costumer support is a joke! they keep on going in circles and never answer you question, they also do not allow you to speak with a real person beyond email, been try to speak with a person the last 2 hours and haven't manage! I will never used them again

Extremely poor service and dishonesty

Many days delay and their excuse were: we couldn’t find your address. Even zip code takes you to the address in Netherlands. I gave my complete address which everyone were able to find it. How come FEXDEX couldn’t. Because they are liers.

One star is one star too many

Fedex left card after failed delivery with tracking numbers that the Fedex system does not recognise. After contacting the sender, it turns out that if you go to the TNT.com website and subtract two digits from the Tracking Numbers, you'll find the parcel! How on earth am I supposed to know that??? Then, we had to try and contact them. We had to set up an account that we do not want, handing them over our credit card details just for the luxury of talking to a human being. We then were put through a FRENCH SPEAKING AGENT even though I was calling from the Netherlands and asked for an English speaking agent. He DID NOT SPEAK any English... Then he told me that the parcel was a TNT parcel, even though the card left behind was from Fedex. He said to contact TNT... what an utter joke.

Trash company

They consistently bill you twice for customs and duties, even if you pay immediately they'll bill you AGAIN. Near impossible to get through by phone, online support chat just hangs up on you.

They lose everything. Nothing ever goes right and they don't care

I hate to give one star ratings because it's so extreme. But these guys deserve the lowest rating they can get.
Our company was stupid enough to trust them multiple times, and they always screw up in the most surprising ways.
We use their service to ship expensive scientific instruments.
We had, more than once, our packages to be left outside, under rain, on the street which is not ours, without notification. We had to run around the neighborhood trying to find the package because they said it was delivered.
We had an instrument lost for more than a month and they didn't try to solve it. We were the ones that had to do all the detective work to find the package.
They say they will pick up the package on a certain day and then they don't show up.
They lost again one of our instruments that was supposed to be shipped to NYC where we were participating in a bug international exhibition. We had to cancel our participation, losing ten's of thousands of euros because these guys didn't deliver the package and don't know where it is, after two weeks of being picked up.

FedEx has a lack of responsibility and reliability
Parcels arrived 3x full working days late, with no expected time for delivery and by a very disgruntled employee.
The delivery man was angry and threw my boxes down as he wanted my help but was WFH in a meeting. slammed my second last box down. Broken items and 400 Euro's worth of items missing. I logged a complaint and received an unrealistic deadline to supply all the receipts of the missing items (near impossible). Once shared with clear proof of purchases they refused as it was after the deadline (less than a month later). As an expat, living in various countries it is difficult to keep receipts and stock of all your items. Every day I recall something new that was taken from me.

the courier didn't knock on the door but left a note that nobody was at home. I was at home and I waited for my package. when I opened the door he was still in front of house but drove away. How irritating is it.

A disaster..

A disaster... while the package was delivered when i wasn't home (such things can happen), the track and trace number given by them was 'not valid' when entering it on their own website; one can't speak with an employee because you need a customer number and although I'm registered as client, how to get a customer number is a mystery. Finally gotten through with a little trick - employee promised that the package would be delivered today - spent the whole day at home, but nobody showed up.

I can't pick up the package either so I'm at their mercy and the package will probably be returned...

If you have a business sending articles, never ever use FEDEX: their service is crap and you'll end up with unhappy customers - FEDEX is destroying your business (reputation)...

The worst services I have ever taken…

The worst services I have ever taken from a delivery company.

We paid an enormous amount of delivery cost for a package to be delivered from Switzerland to the Netherlands. I have waited home during this whole period (haven't even gone to the supermarket) and a random email comes "We came but you weren't home" (twice!).

Stay away from this delivery company. They don't even have any pickup points in Amsterdam so if they can't find you, you have to go their office outside of Amsterdam.

Hopeless

Hopeless. Claim they tried to deliver twice. I was home, no doorbell, no call and not note left. Never tried a third time. I had to chase them and finally offered me to schedule a collection in their depot outside of town. Too late. They just don't care. Super unprofessional and I'm very disappointed.

Do not order from companies that use FedEx for NL deliveries!

Absolutely do not order anything in the Netherlands from a company that uses FedEx: it's completely unusable here. I'm sure it's better in countries they actually care about, but here it's a mess. I'm sure sending is fine, but I know now to check when shopping that companies don't use it!

My delivery arrived damaged (the courier noted this immediately) and they will not take any responsibility whatsoever. Insurance was paid and apparently furniture is not covered on insurance so why the hell did they accept the insurance payment. They evidently take no care with transport, careless and irresponsible and basically don’t give a damn. Avoid this company like the plague.

last week my envelope got lost, but nobody is available to even listen to you , only a computer Bot. wheter it is by message or by phone
nobody but a bot answers your complaint , last month our account was blocked and nobody could help us properly to solve this within 2 weeks. yesterday I have send another envelope that would be delivered today, but just now got a tracking message that it is completely somewhere else and will be delivered Tomorrow what is absolutely too late since it is a substitute enevlope from the one last week .

Hopeless

Hopeless.. They had to pick up packedge on friday evening, but came on monday afternoon. I tryed to call to costumers service and after 25 min pick up the phone a woman. FEDEX STOLE MY 2000 euro PIANO

The airline company I flew with from Barcelona to Amsterdam lost my baggage (a Piano Keyboard worth 2000 euro). The airport found it and Fedex was supposed to deliver it to my address. They were supposed to come in two occasions and they never came. One day, at 00.00 am, a delivery guy from Fedex called me and asked if I could be home at in an hour (at 01.00 am!!!!!) so he could deliver the baggage. Otherwise, he threatened me that I would have to wait for months to get my belongings.

I agreed; he never came. However, he updated the status of my delivery in the system as "delivered".

I never got my Piano. It's been a month now. I've been battling with Fedex and they refuse to assume responsibilities. The case is in the Courts now.

Stay away from this company. Is crap.

Worst “service” ever

First of, the delivery possibilities are completely outdated and impossible for someone with a full time job. But even worse is that they literally ignore the given delivery date and ditch the packet somewhere (could even be the driver themselves), without letting me know where the package is delivered. Customer “support” is non existent with this company

Worst experience ever and still didn’t receive my order

Date of shipment from Evil Greed: May 30
Announced date of delivery by Fedex: June 2
Date of first email to Fedex: June 7
Date of first reply from Fedex: June 7
My second email to Fedex: June 8

Date of today: June 24.

Summary:
Package (Germany to the Netherlands) got lost. The Fedex tracking tool doesn’t work properly, Fedex chat is unavailable, they just once replied on an email and then ignored me for 2,5 weeks (and still counting). Evil Greed (their CS is fantastic!) also contacted Fedex about the issue, they didn’t receive an update either. Apparently Fedex has issues currently. OH REALLY. Faults can happen, but nothing excuses this amount of time and poor communication. Fedex shouldn’t accept orders to deliver (and want people to pay for it!) if they have such major issues.

So it’s almost a month later now. I still don’t have my order and don’t even know where it is and what will happen next. Worst experience ever. Don’t choose this carrier if you have other options! Even paying a bit more for DHL is worth it.
