FredEx held my package without any notification

No information about my package. The app says it is at the FedEx distribution center and has not moved for over two weeks. Delivery soon will be delayed by three weeks. I reached out to them several times via chat and phone, and they promised that they would rebook it, but no one showed up.

Fedex is in total chaos

Fedex is in total chaos. My package is stuck in Upplands Väsby. Arranged 3 x delivery via chat and once via Telephone. It never leaves their facility.

3 times escalated to customer support, not a peep from them.

You're totally powerless to do anything more then bother their chat/tel personell that are equally powerless to do anything about the situation.

Under no circumstances use the services…

Under no circumstances use the services of this "company"! The service has been unusable in Sweden for more than two months. Packages disappear or, at best, are delayed for several weeks. Fedex Sweden is a shame.

Ridiculous service - delays and poor communication

I ordered a gift for my daughter's 40th two weeks before her birthday and it finally arrived 19 days AFTER her big day. It was stuck in FedEx's Malmo depot even though the status said it was handed to a local courier (it hadn't been). Constant chasing did not help - FedEx's weekly update just saying there is a backlog in Sweden. In the end my Swedish Son-in-Law got the local depot to deliver it by taxi! Appalling communication and service all round.

Underwhelming performance

Underwhelming performance - my parcel has been on the delivery vehicle for 72 hours (departure less than 100 km from my address).

A company full of jokes

A company full of joke! Bought a crazy exspensive shipment from India to Sweden. Package was 5 days delayed and they told me they handed it over to a 3rd party distributer, so I decided to contact them, and they informed me that the package has not been transfered to them...

Dam this this people lying about that my delivery. I was home all day for this delivery and they said that they have being in my house.
They have done this so may time that now my costumes are waiting for their orders.
Thanks to FedEx now im losing my money and coutumes too.

Again pagages are lost and no tracking…

Again pagages are lost and no tracking available. And when packages do arrive the cost of administration can be uo to 1200% (yes twelve hundred percent) of the value of the package. My advise: use Postnord, DHL or any other service.

Great customer support!

I had 2 deliveries that had a little delay due to operational reasons. Although I got a bit upset, the customer service both in Germany and Israel was very helpful and friendly. They assisted my on the way both by email and phone. Both packages were delivered accurately on a rainy day, while scheduled delivery date was still unavailable on the website. So I assume they really made an effort for me. Thank you!

I had nothing but trouble with…

I had nothing but trouble with receiving packages from Fedex in Sweden. Third attempt to get a package I expected to receive 2 weeks ago.
The customer support answer: They have problem to sort the packages in at the central.

Paid for next day noon, got 4-day delivery instead

Paid for next day noon delivery, the package was instead delivered 4 working days later (so 3 later then charged for). FedEx customer service refused to issue any kind of refund because of covid-19. However, longer service times were NOT listed between the origin and destination country at the time of shipping. It's difficult times, but the right thing would have been to refund the difference in the service level delivered.

NEVER VERY WORK WITH FEDEX. PREFER DHL.

For sure, the worst delivery company on earth. I worked with DHL, GLS, UPS, Postnord, Royal Mail, etc and it always worked super well. This company is the worst nightmare and it is super archaic, that is shocking, in XXI century.
I ordered the package number 774919149291 with this company to be shipped from Stockholm to Paris, delivery date Monday 11/10/2021, 12h00.
I paid priority service, to have the item delivered on Monday, with insurance of 25 thousand euros, as this delivery is an artwork for an art exhibition.
The item was not delivered on Monday. On Tuesday I tracked it and it said that the business was closed and I called the company straight away to say that the business was a Foundation, an art museum; it was open, they were waiting for the delivery there.
I spoke with a very rude lady called Cristina, who did not know what a Foundation was and kept insisting that the place was closed and asked me if there was a door code. I told her that she could even google with google maps and see the space in real time to check the address, and understand what type of place it was.
I provided the operator with the mobile phone of the person who receives the package in France, but was told that the drivers at Fedex do not have mobile phones with them. So, I wonder how they do if they have an issue!
This lady was so rude that she even start to joke with me, saying oh, such an important delivery, this package....
A new delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, but no one delivered the package also. i called again but was told that in Sweden they have no communication with France. The operator told me that they could not even give me their phone number, neither call them.
The receiver of the package in France called the company three times today. It is not possible to contact anyone, to know why the package was not delivered or what you intend to do.
I called myself the company in France again this afternoon and was told that their system is so basic that they cannot get any details about the package. Basically, they are in an empty room looking at the screens, as we do at home.
I have an exhibition in Paris tomorrow at this museum; you did not deliver the package on time, there ware 600 people going to this opening and the works did not arrive.
I will sue them and ask for a huge compensation. I always work with DHL and never had a problem with item. I sent this parcel with 25000 euros insurance and priority delivery. I expect a huge compensation on this service, as you the most incompetent company on earth. I had heard 10 years ago from a colleague in Spain that the deliveries with them were a nightmare - she has a store, but I thought that this was a local issue. Now, I know. NEVER WORK WITH THIS ARCHAIC COMPANY. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. IT SEEMS THAT ROBOTS RUN THE COMPANY.

Bad service

I ordered a t-shirt from USA to Sweden and I had to pay expensive transport fee (FedEx was the only available option in that store for all deliveries to Europe). I got my t-shirt via FedEx delivered, but then about one week after that I also got a letter from FedEx saying that I need to pay import taxes (the same amount as the t-shirt itself). I tried to contact FedEx for further clarification on this, both via e-mail and phone, but nobody was answering. This is very irrisponsible service, and it is not worth ordering anything via FedEx.

Fedex seems unwilling to send/find my order that has been delayed unless i obtain a description for it from the shipper. How is this my job? this is what they are paid to do.

The worst

The worst! Do not use for package in/to Sweden!
Customer service takes forever answer, and when they do they give false info regarding delivery. It also says that the chat is open from 9am, but there are never any "available agents". Seriously, do not use!!!! You will not get help or service!

Unbelievable bad service

Unbelievable bad service.
1. Pickup points: Asked me to choose a pickup point, and the website provided no information about locations.
2. Customer support line: Called the customer support; waited forever and no one pick up the phone.
3. Book a new delivery: Tried to arrange a new delivery time and followed the SMS instruction. The website just showed "system problem."
4. Mobile app: I tried to install the mobile app since the website says there's more features in the app... (1)No, you cannot sign up in the app. You have to go to web again. (2)To sign up, you have to fill in a FORM! A form with 14 textfields plus 2 checkboxes and credit card info! Are you serious? I just want to receive my package!
5. Your Virtual Support Assistant. It might be the worst chatbot I have used. There is not a single conversation/answer makes sense.
6. Chat to us: It said that I was at the first position in the queue, and I waited for 15 minutes. What happened then was the chat window showing "your chat has been canceled since there is no agent available."

I have no idea how I suppose to do right now.

Update: Reached the customer support finally. The agent was nice!
For anyone has the same question: There's NO pick up point fo FedEx in Stockholm except FedEx Arlanda station.
