FABULOUS!
This company is excellent, communication wise. They patiently and promptly answered my 9 million questions, which must have been incredibly annoying...LOL! It was literally months before I made the decision to switch to their food to feed my German Shepherd. I rescued her when she was 3 years of age- she is 5 yrs old, now, and she always had digestive issues, no matter what I fed to her. I did not exoect this food to make a difference, but SURPRISE! Her digestive issues resolved within a week of switching her over to Artie Food, gradually!!! The food, itself, smells delicious! It is a shelf stable food which is freeze dried then rehydrated automatically and warmed in a machine made for the product. My dog LOVES this food! She does a happy dance when she hears the machine chime signaling the food is ready. She happy dances in circles, all the way to her bowl!!! I cannot say enough good things about Noah, the Customer Service Rep I must have driven crazy, as he went above and beyond answering my non stop questions while researching this food. My only regret is that I didn't switch sooner!!!
