We bought a microwave from curry’s just…

We bought a microwave from curry’s just 10 months ago-Panasonic MN-E28JBMBPQ. Sadly after just a few months the microwave sparks out of the back. We reported to curry’s who simply suggested we should talk to Panasonic as it’s within the 12 month warranty

We’ve called Panasonic and sent pictures, where physically the product is in excellent condition however they don’t want to know and said it’s not a manufacturing fault without even seeing the product. Panasonic customer is service very poor and it’s concerning they manufacture potentially unsafe product and don’t want to do anything about it. We won’t buy Panasonic product again and recommend you think seriously before buying a Panasonic product.

All food unfortunately had to go in bin advertisement said up to 55 mins delivery came 2.5 hrs later so was cold not fit for purpose had conversation they said I can give 20% discount next order ! Next order I said are you mad.

THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY IGNORED MY REQUEST TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

Unfortunately I used pooch and mutt dogfood delivery service for the first time joining a subscription service. However as I ordered too much food for the first order I attempted to navigate their website to change my order which was very difficult and frustrating. After sometime trying I decided to cancel the order altogether. On 6th October I received a message from them stating this cancelled order would be delivered on 9th October despite sending them several messages to cancel the order. They received the messages as they responded that they would contact me shortly, I am still awaiting for that call and I have now £44 of dog food that I did not want as the carrier has just delivered it. This company completely ignored my messages to cancel my subscription and I was quite happy to order on a one off as and when needed basis but no more if this is the way they conduct their business they can stick it.

Avoid

Received goods that are over 2 years old and will expire next month. They are the same stock I ordered last year that had £1.99 on the packet I was charged £2.20 this year the same goods sent but the £1.99 blacked off and was charged £2.52. The email address they have on the site does not exist and they don't answer the phone or get back to you when you leave a message

Avoid

Ordered from Feedo in the past and was really impressed with the stock and delivery service. This has gone very downhill. Many items constantly out of stock and those sent are now damaged or about to expire - tinned products with a usual 3 year+ shelf life, having an expiry date of 3 days. Also, no confirmation email of order, missing items, and no responses to emails when raising this. Will sadly not be using again.

I don't received parcel after 3 weeks…

I don't received parcel after 3 weeks but it is not problem for this company. Communication between feedo.shop and customer almost not exist here. Staff or owner to ignore customer. Person from feedo.shop is completely not interested to find solution. They don't trying to sent claim to carrier or don't want to back my money. There is not possible to talk here via phone (only voice mail).

In my opinion that look like extorting money from people.

Avoid at all. I lost 3 weeks and probably money. I don't have my purchase. Carriers to show fake information about delivery. Never more shopping here - nightmare.

Ordered kebabs before and excellent…

Ordered kebabs before and excellent service and product but ordered last night abs phi e was put down half way through ordering. When I eventually got back through ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and 2 small donner kebabs. Received a chicken burger that looked worse than a microwave burger abs one large donner. Called then and they did it accept any responsibility- not happy

Excellent service

Excellent service
I received my order as I requested super quickly but I was sent the wrong type of pickle 6 jars
When I emailed them they apologised and sent the correct type (6 more jars) the next following day.
They refused to take any extra money and wanted me to keep the old pickles as a gift
Their customer service was brilliant
I am very impressed and definitely will be ordering again
