Found the service easy to use from start to finish. From ordering via the website to returning the samples to the lab via a pre paid package to being kept informed from the lab. Would recommend them.
slight hiccup on sending out the testing kit but that was a one-off and otherwise the service was pretty good - with an added bonus of an extra parameter tested for, as per my request.
