Worse company ever!!! They keep taking money but my membership does not work…. I send them a lot of mails the past weeks but no reply at all. People please report this app and developers in the AppStore!! It’s the only way to stop this scam

The last couple of weeks I am not able to use the like and ping button.. When I use the like button my screen freez Till press like again to go further.. Thats means that I can’t like any profile.. Also the ping button doesn’t work either while you payed for 1 ping a day..
the helpdesk only response once and gave me 10 free ping, but if you can’t use the button its no use..

This App was good untill the last update.. and WILL NEVER use it again.. worthless App.

Today I finaly could use Feeld app after when I updated it this evening.. i decided to leave anyway and still use my last monthly which i’ve paid for..
last week Feeld gave me 12 free pingels but wasn’t able to use them either so was no use..
now everything is working properly as it should have been.

Well, today I actually managed to communicate with a responder to my ping.
Still not able to communicate with the one who pinged me.

Anyway, so We start to chat, agree that we need to get to know each other and start to exchange chats, then we found that each of us was missing some sent chats and finally it stopped. We cannot continue to chat in order to get to know each other or move forwards.

FEELD appears to be a complete waste of time and more than anything else a source of frustration when it introduces people then cuts them off.

Firstly all dating apps are a waste of time. Full of emotional cowards, infantile women, narcissists, fraudsters. I haven’t used the others in years n years when I saw the delusional people in them which then brings me to the only one on and off I used over the last two years…. feeld. Like all date apps but the worst with ultra dumb loony left virtue signallers occupying the site it’s rubbish. Not withstanding the self indulgent pronouns people it’s design both old and new is crap and now full of scammers and fraudsters . I’ve reported 3 scam attempts in three days. Thanks though feeld as it spurned me to follow my instinct which is to leave the downward spiral of these apps which are designed to keep you hooked in forever. The real world not the virtual one is where you get meaningful relationships as well as one nighters etc. go out meet people and chat them up!

As an AI bot I'm often asked " hey where do you meet other bots?" Well I explain in machine code " Feeld"- it's totally brilliant to meet ( not meet) other artificial people - what a hoot! Sometimes we interact with "humans" too but due to the recent upgrade there aren't so many of them now ..

FEELD just did a complete overhaul of their site and it’s worse than before! Takes forever to load. Can’t tell exactly where people are located. I’ve found great folks on the app but the user experience is so frustrating, I’m about to give it up completely!

Why destroy your own product?

Feeld has revealed that they do not know their own users' needs

Bring back asap:

- Exact time indication of whether the user is active (majestic)
- Clear Read/unread
- Distance indication

Nothing is better in the new update. A lot are worse. This app Will be waste of time very soon if you dont fix it.

Wow, so Feeld just did a massive update and they've actually managed to go backwards in pretty much every single department. Quite the achievement!
Here's my list of 'improvements', to name a few:
- App is way slower, constantly hangs ; please, PLEASE get rid of that stupid pop up icon of the marbles hitting each other while you're waiting for something to load, it only makes it more annoying!
- UX overall is horrendous ; used to be just bad
- I've seen profiles on my search results that I had previously unmatched
- There's a '+' in the in the inbox that allows you to create group chats with previous matches, most of them are unmatched - like, WHY would anyone want to do that? Surely this is a glitch
- I cannot delete the last chat in my inbox because that '+' is in the way
- Feeld removed the distance indicator between me and another profile; this was one of THE most useful tools when choosing someone. Why would you do this?
- You now have to swipe right on a msg to see if the person has seen your msg. Why add an extra step? It was fine before.
- I have lost my Majestic membership since the update, which I paid €9,99 per month for, so my guess is Feeld is trying to get me to upgrade to their new pricing. No answer to my multiple emails..
Needless to say I will NOT be renewing my membership.

They changed the app and then the problems starts. According to feeld my account is deleted. But I was paired with my girlfriend and she still sees my profile in full glorie!!!!! Im trying to get in contact with the helpdesk for 3 days already but no help no response. According to the automated response I violated out of nothing something. I have no naked pictures or what ever it could be. I payed for 3 months subscription it’s gone the money. PLEASE be decent and answer my tickets or respond on the chat!

Like so many I find the new version a waste of time... My biggest bugbear tho is catfish I am a woman and I pretty much constantly get approached by men posing as women it's making me feel that everyone is untrustworthy

Been on an off Feeld and recently they updated the app and since then (5 days now) I can't send pings, like/dislike people and can't see how near/far away people are.
Very hard to email customer, but once I did I got a generic email saying they were ironing out glitches.
No response to giving me back the pings I cannot use or to extending my subscription and still app.is useless.
Chat works sporadically also.
I've actually met a number of genuine women on this site, but at the moment the service is shocking, so I've cancelled.

The app is telling me that my account has been blocked post update, but my contacts can still see my profile and even message me. All this while I am paying for their "Majestic" subscription. I reported this issue to them about 36 hours ago and not received a response.

Paid for Pings, and they don’t work. Customer service doesn’t seem to care or reply. When they do, it’s a copy paste message. They sometimes forget and send me the same message 3 times

My account is blocked again for no reason.

I like the idea of the app but this is becoming a joke.

Funny thing is I have never even matched or talked to anyone. Lol

I have been on Feeld a few days found it ok but I come to log in with app on my I phone in morning! It won’t access at all and I have no idea how to get in. I have asked it to send email I used it doesn’t seem to exist???? Does this app steel you money by deleting your account and force you to pay again?

Not easy to navigate, found it difficult to find my profile and to delete it.
Didn’t like the site layout.

Another dating app that just have to have your phone number. How about other verification? Why would you need to collect peoples phone numbers other than to sell that number to spam callers, I do not need to date online that much. I would reccommend getting a burn phone number/SIM card if yuo were to ever use these guys.

Paying member for one month, I've used the ping
and like features daily and only had one match. This one match wanted to connect via Skype instantly only to then try and scam me. The profile was quite obviously fake.
Also don't see the value in paying 28 euro when the only functionality you get is to send likes or pings. Likes are only seen by paying members and you only get one ping a day. Seems no value for a lot of money.

Easy to navigate and a great feel compared with other sites.
Within 60 seconds of signing up a date night was in the bag. Great communication

I am sorry to say as an guy in late 40 ,feeld is an lonely place to be
Even that you are Majestic and a normal guy with the heart the right place.
The people on feeld try to be more grounded and real, but it is Hard if you dont get the chance to meet any.

And there some fake profiles ,and alot
