I have ordered one color and they send a mix of other colors and try to find excuse for not change
I have send back all and they do not want to execute the 14 days guaranty
Never more

Thank you for your feedback and your response to your order. You ordered the living room carpet in beige and the rear garage carpet in anthracite. This is also listed in the product description.
We would like to assure you that the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. In your case, these are custom-made carpet mats made specifically for your vehicle and in the color you want. This was clearly stated in the ordering process. Individually manufactured products are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, as described in our general terms and conditions.
