The contacts used to be great but the quality of the contacts is very poor now and the prescription is not right.

I have to give this company a 1 star. This is mainly due to the Terrible delivery service. Every single order takes weeks and I have to constantly chase. Bloody stressful

Im so annoyed. A left without any lenses for my holiday. Even though ordering 2 weeks before I leave! Don’t believe 24-48 hour delivery and dont think just because it says they have your lenses in stock , that they actually do. A week after ordering and no out of lenses Ive been told they don’t have the stock . Why on earth would you advertise products you dont have. Chat person couldn’t even be arsed to explain why and kept telling me they have no other similar pairs, theres only power, curvature and material, how many variables can there be to find a similar pair. Stick to reputable places who can actually deal with issues when they arise. One very annoyed EX customer.

I paid extra for next day delivery - the order arrived 2 days late, so I had to place another order as I went on holiday. Lenses were returned outside of the 90 day return policy as my dad died. Every other company I've had dealings with over this period has bent over backwards to help me! Emailed customer service, who kept offering me store credits for DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. Less than useless as I get through a box of lenses ever 2 years. And it isn't as if they go off!!!

I just ordered my prescription glasses from them and I am beyond happy!
They arrived so fast,the quality of the frames and lenses is amazing,and I had the thinnest lenses on them at such a small price.They are even cheaper than specsavers.
At specsavers you get a pair for £70/£80 with the lenses on and the other extras ,and in here I just got them for less than £60 with the delivery.
I will definitely order more from them and recommend to all my friends!
The contact lenses are so comfi too.I’ve got the dailies,and they keep my eyes moist up to 16/18 hours.

I wrote a review saying I was unhappy with the customer service from FeelGood Contacts. Trust Pilot contacted me to say that FeelGood wanted to call me to discuss my experience so I gave my phone number. I haven't heard anything from them at all four days later. I'm assuming that the response was just to look responsive on TrustPilot. I was promised a phone call from the person I spoke to on the phone after she'd spoken to her manager but haven't received a call yet. Just another email saying sorry for the inconvenience when it was their mistake that the lenses I ordered were sent to the wrong address because they changed my default delivery address,

So thin and uncomfortable, nowhere near as good as Daysoft!

Have used satisfactorily for a while now. Always a speedy service but blown away by the customer service today. Amazing at a such a crazy time. I emailed with an issue, not really expecting a reply within days and it was resolved within minutes. Including replacement lenses being sent out without me asking for them.

Grateful for lenses being available when i couldn't collect my usual from optician at this difficult, socially isolating time. Super efficient customer service & speedy next day delivery. Will definitely be back 😉
