I mistakenly believed this website was the official Sagrada Familia ticket office because of its presentation in Google Search. I later discovered it was an independent reseller charging more than twice the official ticket price. While the terms may allow this, I believe consumers should be made much more clearly aware that they are purchasing from a third-party reseller.
Do not use this company.
We went to the Colseum and Palantine Hill.
The cost for this (on the ticket) was 23 Euros each.
We were charged by this rip off company over a 161 Euros
I asked for a refund on the diffance and an automated reply basically came back saying not possible.
I actually hope they go out of businness.
In fact when I paid for the ticket my money was taken from my account before I had typed in any details so.it was impossible to get out of the transaction.
