For 2 days in a row they told me someone would come and no one showed up. On the 3rd day, the visit was scheduled for 9 am, they told me the diagnose would cost €39. The engineer showed up at my door at 20:30 and starts telling me about all these hidden costs and the extra charges for the late night call, even though he was supposed to have come in the morning. From €39 for a diagnose, the cost jumped to over €250 by the time they finally came to my place. Not only the service was terrible, and the engineer incredibly rude and arrogant, but they also operate illegally by hiding their real fees and showing up at the most convenient time for them to charge you more (after 8 pm). Stay away, call any other company out there!
