They sent a product for bunions, within 3 hours of use it was broken. I contacted them immediately about the defective product asking for a refund or replacement and I’ve heard nothing. I have chased them up and still nothing. As per the other reviews - avoid this company.

Used company a couple of times & bought effective good quality products for dealing with arthritic feet problems. There was a problem with the latest delivery, which was my mistake & happy that customer services responded quickly & resent items.

Do not purchase anything! Just a con.
No Customer service and received an item that is different to the image plus cheaply made.

Avoid seller at all cost!!!

This is yet another 'side-hustle' created by people who fantasised about getting rich without considering what it means to be in retail. They've done the bit they care about – they've launched a Shopify portal and you can certainly pay for products. But you'll never actually receive the goods.

I placed an order on 13th August using (premium) Royal Mail 24hr delivery. It's now 16th August and I still haven't received it. The tracking number provided isn't being recognised by Royal Mail. The retailer's chatbot says the order has already been fulfilled. Typically, there's no telephone number, just a Contact Us form to hide behind. A day after sending a query, I've heard nothing.

So, this site appears to be a black hole. Pour your money into it and receive nothing in return. Will be reporting it to trading standards. Avoid like the plague!

**Update 16th August**: The seller refunded the premium shipping cost (£5.99) after I posted this 1 star review on TrustPilot and informed them I would report them to Trading Standards.

Thankfully, the parcel worked its way through the delivery network and was also delivered today. In light of this, I've updated the review to 2 stars for overall poor comms.
