Fehlerhafter Jahrgang und Lieferung…

Fehlerhafter Jahrgang und Lieferung unvollständig. Unter der Nummer auf der Hompage geht niemand ran. Dir nummer in Google ist auch Fehlerhaft, die nummer in Facebook funktionierte aber hier ging auch nur manchmal jemand ran mit „Hallo?“ kein professioneller laden. Es wurden auch vorab Versprechungen am telefon gemacht ohne die Bestellnummer erfragt zu haben. Am Ende musste eine Beschwerde über Paypal eingereicht werden um das Geld erstattet zu bekommen. Zu eigenen Gunsten wurde entschieden, da sich Feinkost Robert nicht gemeldet hat und es keine Rückmeldung gab. Absolut keine Empfehlung, spart euch den Stress.

Keine Lieferung

Wein am 11. Januar bestellen und bezahlt bis heute 12. Februar keine Lieferung trotz Mails und Anrufen. Sehr traurig.
