Excellent gloves from excellent company
Quality of the gloves seems good. They were dispatched quickly and were very well packaged. Good fit with good dexterity .... have yet to use them but I am very optimistic they will be as good as what I had hoped for!

The happy gardener 🌻
The delivery was quick and packaged well. These gloves were perfect for the job of cutting my hawthorn and blackthorn hedge and also conifers. Usually my arms would be covered in tiny cuts similar to that of paper cuts but these gloves provided adequate protection and the quality and thickness of the glove itself protected my hands from the huge thornes on the hedge. I would definitely recommend them for those thorney shrubs and trees but be warned you still have to be careful!!

Stop blaming someone else for your failure to meet your promises
How can you sort something that is impossible to rectify?
If you are going to charge for express delivery then you should ensure that happens
I hope the gloves are as good as feedback suggests (when they actually arrive)

Our express delivery is not next day but is 1 to 2 days and as any other online retailer we use 3rd party courier firms to deliver the goods. No courier company in the world has 100% success rate so we are sorry that you feel we haev not done enough and this issue is beyond rectification. As you did not receive the goods in time we will refund the express delivery charge and we hope that you are never let down by a courier company and always take personal responsibility if it does happen. However sometimes things are out of our hands and this is one of those times as we despatched the goods for Express delivery.
