Never received the three Feisty Pets despite many email exchanges that suddenly stopped from their side.

Ordered in January and have not received anything yet. Many emails sent with no reply. They just took my money and just disappeared.

I ordered from them in July 2016, a few emails from them saying early September for delivery, but since October, Iv emailed loads of times with no response, I have asked for my money back, but nothing, I dont know where to go from here, I just want my money back !!!

Me and my friend ordered 3 pets i december and havent received any yet. It is now april and my friend has sent them several e-mails with no response.

I ordered in late september for christmas. No Feisty pet recieved and no refund. Contacted them so many times - no answers.

Ordered in november in time for christmas, until now I did not receive anything, e-mails renmained unanswered, no money back...AVOID!!!

I ordered 2 and haven't received??? Is it a scam or what...I have an 8 year waiting for the rabbit and unicorn!!!!!

Have waited 3 months for my order to be delivered with no joy. Have tried to contact them a dozen times with no response. Contacting my bank to get funds back.

We ordered from them back in December and were charged immediately. They were running a special for free shipping, but charged us for it during the checkout process. We contacted them afterword, and never heard back. The items were supposed to ship in early January, but after 2 months, they still hadn't arrived. We tried contacting them, and again never heard back. Their website is down, and their Facebook is not available. Took the money and ran.

Bought in November 2016 was gonna give it for a birthday present but they stopped answering my emails and clearly never sent the toy.
Do not buy from this site!

I ordered 3 pets in late October as Christmas gifts, paying by credit card. I received notification of payment and order by email immediately, then heard nothing more until I contacted the company in mid December. I was advised that due to great demand, the toys would not be delivered until January. Since then, despite numerous emails, and no responses, I have received nothing. I will now contact my credit card company to begin the process of obtaining a refund.

Order placed July 2016. No order received despite several email saying item would be received soon. Requested refund but they have not fulfilled this. Website unavailable. Let's hope karma takes care of these scammers!!!!

Took my order Dec2016, took my money, sent no toys. I am still waiting for the refund they promised but they've stopped answering my emails. (Feb 2017)
