Good car

It was unclear as to where to find them but eventually we called and they sent a driver to collect us. The car was clean and relatively new but after I had already taken full insurance through "You Do Italy" they advised that this was not full cover and we would have to put down and additional 1000 Euros on the rental - I took out their insurance as well for 500 Euros which was apparently fully comprehensive and added snow chains which they told me was required by law. Overall a good experience but not very happy with the additional cost. Good car - good condition - Ashraf was very attentive and inspected the car thoroughly before and after the rental. The deposit was returned immediately on return.

FELIRENT cheats

FELIRENT cheats, I paid for an insurance including Theft Protection. In the contract presented at car pick up this insurance was removed and not included. If I did not signed their contract version, they did not give me the car. Avoid this renta car company, they are unreliable and dishonest.

Slightly scammy

We booked peugeot 2008 or similar category car. Felirent brought Opel Mokka which is tiny and claimed it to be same category car. We were not able to fit our equipment into Mokka and were forced to pay extra 70 € to get 2008 which we booked and paid for.

Car key fob battery was dead when receiving the car and we had to buy a new one. When asking for reimbursement for battery they insisted for applying it online separately.

Shuttle service was impossible to find from airport.

Process of getting the car was slow.

700 € deposit from credit card was required for rental.

Excluding the battery case car return worked fine.

Nice car rental agency

The picking up of car was efficient and quick. The car was in very good condition. Leaving and checking the car was also quick thanks to Mr. Ashraf. Completely satisfied, highly recommended.

Verona rental

Rented in Verona. The rental office is 2km away from airport arrivals. A shuttle collects when called. You have to know that in advance. Some did, we didn't and ended up at the back of a long queue in a car park.
Of course the car we chose was "not available", but the substitute was OK. They tried the scam about cleaning, but it wasn't in the booking terms, so I ignored it.
The early / late return fee is not well advertised, and was a surprise! Never had that before. It made our check-in a tight schedule.
You get what you pay for.

Milano malpensa

Milano malpensa. Overall, we were satisfied with the rental experience. The staff member ( ashram) who handed over and received the car was very helpful, explained everything clearly about the vehicle, and provided good service.

The only inconvenience was that the car was given with a partial tank of fuel instead of a full tank. This makes it difficult to return the car with exactly the same fuel level. It would be much more convenient if the policy were to provide the car with a full tank and return it full.

Random hidden fee

We rented a car, and returned it in the expected condition. However, we got charged a fee which was not present in the check-in or the check-out document.
