Unfair people

It looked OK until they attempted to scam me with fake damage photos on the car. The day before the return I called and asked them where can I return the car if I stop early in the morning as I had to catch the plain. The told I need to pay additional 50 euro and can leave it at the PAM parking which is their neighbour rental car service (right next to their door). I returned it and took photos. 2 weeks later I get photos with damage telling me I need to pay aroung 500 euro for it. I told them it wasn't me and I sent them my photos. They asked additionally around 5 times for the same thing and in the end they told me I am still responsible as this is how they found it in the morning when they started work... So make sure you take more photos just in case and contact your bank if they still don't admit it.

Please do not use Felirent at Malpensa…

Please do not use Felirent at Malpensa as they are dishonest. We were provided with a car which was dirty and had service and tyre lights on when we left. They deducted our deposit for an alleged scratch. On the way out they pointed at least 10 scratches but not this one. We were scammed with insurance as well. A group of crooks who pray on tourists like us. Quite disgraceful.

The staff strongly pushes to buy…

The staff strongly pushes to buy Felirent insurance. Even after purchase, the terms and conditions (several pages) contain additional references to additional costs required for return. Not all scratches are recorded in the report, they can be overlooked in poor lighting conditions. The company and staff do everything to ensure that the customer does not return a second time. Therefore, I will choose another company next time.

Thanks for all felirent

Thanks for all felirent, it's was a very easy process to get the car, they also have a shuttle service, very good staff and thanks to Ashraf very good worker !
Please don't go anywhere else go to Felirent

Please do not use Felirent

Please do not use Felirent, as they could win awards for their lack of professionalism.
We waited 40 minutes at Bari airport where a beat up old van took us to an industrial estate. Felirent was represented by 2 surly ladies sat at 2 desks at the front of an otherwise empty warehouse.
As I’d mislaid my credit card in transit the lady said that the only way forward was to use their own insurance. I inadvertently laughed at the absurdity of the situation and the young lady then refused to engage with me, other than saying I could get the shuttle back to the airport! Her attitude subsequently cost me another £2700 to rent from Europcar… not the best start to our holiday!!

Very good service

Picked up outside the airport front door and driver took us to pick up the car. The 2 guys working that night were very helpful (i cant remember the names) when i dropped off the car the wonderful Natalia did the inspection and Giancarlo then drove us to the airport. Everything was pleasant and easy, Grazie.

Bad experience with Felirent and Stressfree

We booked a car through Stressfree car hire, without realising they were an agent.

After arriving late at night after a delayed flight to Sardinia we found the Felirent personnel to be unhelpful. As a family with a disabled child and a few hours drive ahead of us we were hoping to get the hire quickly and get going but this was not to be.

It transpired that we had booked the car with my wife's credit card which had her maiden name on it and not her married name which is on her passport. Rather than just replace the booking with my credit card in my name they demanded that we make a totally new booking with a price higher than our original booking. Whilst we deliberating what to do they shut up shop and left leaving us no option but to hire another car from another company. So far we have had no money back for the car we tried to hire. We will never use Stressfree or Felirent in the future and would recommend no one else does.

Complaint Regarding Unfair Damage Charge – Rental in Milan(We rented a car in Milan from FELIRENT)

We rented a car in Milan from FELIRENT. Unfortunately, our experience was very very disappointing.

When we picked up the car (date 11.09.2025), we noticed scratches on the inner part of the front wheel and took photos as evidence, We have photos on the car (all parts) However, upon returning the car, the staff claimed that the damage had been caused by us and charged us for it, despite the fact that we had clear proof that the damage was present when we received the car.

We found this behavior unfair and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company to others. We hope that they will improve their practices to be more honest and customer-friendly in the future.

So be careful, If you choose to rent from this company!

Dreadful- charged €97 for 5 minutes

Dreadful- we were charged €97 for being 5 minutes late, even though I had called as soon as we landed and they had our flight details to track. The customer after us was being charged for a whole load of other things, absolute rip off, do NOT use them!!

Great customer service

We had a very good experience with Felirent at Catania airport- I think it was Antonella- a lovely lady who helped us with a last minute booking (due to being let down by a different company). Great little car and easy return process.

Terrible service

Terrible service. My booking was cancelled after just one hour of delay on the first day, leaving me without a car for the entire trip. No flexibility, no replacement, no proper customer care. I strongly advise against renting with Felirent.

The service was terrible

The service was terrible. They demanded an extra 10 euros if we returned the car unwashed. We received the car dirty inside and out. The guy at the reception was rude and threatened that he wouldn't give us the car if we didn't sign additional terms that weren't in the rental terms. The car was messy and had an incomplete fuel tank.
