Please avoid them, the three days trip was the worst three days of my life.

Avoid this company and any company associated with Lukas Edwards and Felix Travel in whatever guise it comes. Myself and many others besides have been scammed by this company. My dream holiday to Thailand was never delivered nor was any refund of my 3,600GBP paid for the holiday. There are hundreds of other holidaymakers in the same position avoid at all costs.

If I could, I would give them -10 THIEVES

Absolute scumbags, Got to France to find out hotel and Disneyland tickets were cancelled by this company 3 months ago without telling us ! Not even any tickets available for Disneyland to be able to pay a second time and rescues holiday absolute a@#eholes

Nicholas, why are you giving those thieves 4 stars. Have you not read the reviews? I am only giving them a star as Trust Pilot wont let you award no stars. THIS NEEDS RECTIFIED TRUST PILOT, !!!

My family and I travelled to Iceland last year (2022) with Felix holidays. No problems whatsoever. Book again this year for Romania. Paid a deposit and set up a monthly payment plan. Could not transfer any money to said bank. Since that day I have been unable to contact anyone. Messengers contact pops up with ‘we are very busy right now - our new team will be in touch’. Still nothing… and our planned holiday is getting close. Advice would be welcomed here….

Should be 0 stars, turned up at eurodisney with my wife and 3 small kids to be told that felix had cancelled my holiday 1 month ago, i had no reason to doubt them as i had phoned the hotel and booking agency in april to check everything was good, printed off my tickets and got ready to see my kids eyes light up. Sadly they welled up instead when we found out what felix had done to us, no contact from their email or phone numbers, bizarrely my bank wont refund me as i dont have a reciept of the cancellation, please avoid felix travels!!!!

Stay away from this small private company. They have ripped people off and have been on ‘RIP off Britain’. Only book through large high street brands.

Ok everyone saying all this now,my friend has been on numerous holidays with them,I had a great service paid in full early this year, everything ok until that message everyone got!they say there ATOL protected,who is meant to check this checked trustpilot ,it has on there it was!my bank verified it was ok to send money it was verified,I'm so upset

Felix holidays run by incompetent idiot AVOID AVOID HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM SCAM.

I can advice to people please only book with the big companies TUI jet2 and always book abta and pay with a debit credit car preferable a credit card as it’s protected .
I haven’t been affected and wouldn’t ever book with a company I’d never heard off .
I feel for the people who’s been scammed by Lukas edwards , it’s worth collectively suing him and the company for assets to be seized .
Get a legal team and all give permission as a group collectively to sue him seize his home car monies there’s always a trace .
I can’t emphasize enough only book with TUI jet2 and non that aren’t abta like on the beach or ice Lolly .
Always make sure it’s abta and atol protected .

Rip off Britain exposed them on 30th May 2023 - a lot of very upset families paying and then having tickets and accommodation cancelled - even if they say they are ATOL protected - check with the ATOL register before you book

please do your research. this company is shown as dissolved on companies house since 2022, it also has trustpilot warning banner at top of page which is normally given when the company is posting fake 5 star ratings.it has been featured on tv and radio as a scam company which owes thousands of pounds to people.

Just watched BBC the One Show (Wednesday 3/5/23) sooo glad I avoided Felix Holidays, clearly they are unworthy of trading and have no intention of honouring the supposed holidays they charge people thousands of pounds for. Absolute con merchants, should be stopped. Feeling so sorry for the hundreds of people out there that have lost out.

Don't book with this company. They take your money then cancel your holiday hours before you are due to fly out

If your looking for support to try and receive funds back from banks or credit card companies, as it seems some banks are refunding and same back diff location arent, please search "scammed by Felix Holiday" on FB

something Needs to be done about Lukas Edwards the so called Director of finance in the company the only thing he’s good at is transferring everyone’s money into his own bank account
He needs to be stopped
He took the money and didn’t even book flights or villa that he said he had the booking red no. Doesn’t exist
