Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off. Chocolate bars weigh 70 grams. And cost me £5 for 3. And that was just for delivery. I had a £7 voucher after signing up with HelloFresh. So without a voucher and including delivery you're paying £4 for a 70g chocolate bar. You can get a 160g Cadburys bar for £1.60 or a Mollys bar that weighs 100g for 30 pence. I know it's comparing different products but I was absolutely flabbergasted by just how light and thin the bars were for the price.

No Customer Service.

Placed one order has I had a discount code for subscription, emailed them as soon as order arrived to cancel. No response. Another payment taken of £12 and order sent 2 more emails still no response. Avoid!

POOR COMPANY AVOID THEM!

I made an accidental purchase which I cancelled within seconds by talking to someone on email. The product was still sent out so I asked to return it for a refund. They told me to just pop it in the postbox and a refund would be sent once they received the product back. The Post Office advised against doing this because I would have no proof I posted it so I had to pay to return it. On the 23rd Dec they told me they had issued a refund of £12 but my full refund should have been £22.15. I'm still waiting for the refund on 2nd Jan.
