Felplast USA – Buyer Beware
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Felplast USA was so frustrating I feel obligated to warn others. Here’s what happened:
Mis‑shipped Material
We ordered full‑width PP/PE jumbo rolls (“big rolls”),
Instead, Felplast sent us “trim” rolls—narrow, unusable scraps—for half the shipment.
Broken Promises on Refund
As soon as we notified them, they initially agreed to refund the cost of the bad rolls.
Then Andrea Ori (CEO) personally backed out, refusing to honor the refund.
Customer Left High and Dry
We’re out both product and money, forced to absorb the cost of useless trim rolls.
Every attempt to get Felplast USA to make good on their promise has been stone‑walled.
Bottom Line:
Felplast USA will sell you one thing, deliver another, promise a refund—and then refuse to pay up. If you need reliable packaging material (or any kind of integrity), look elsewhere.
