Avoid,Avoid,Avoid !!!

We had used Feltech previously and were very pleased with the results so we engaged them again, this time we paid the deposit immediately as requested since then we have had poor communication, multiple non-attendances, broken promises, and excuses, and months after paying the deposit we are finding ourselves with a seriously degraded roof, damage to stored items due to water ingress and having to pursue our deposit through other means, Very disappointed and will never use this company again.
Please do your homework and check companies house if you don’t want to take my word for it.
