Waste of time!
For the second time a problem with parking. The app freezes as soon as you need to ride an end and if it works it shows an error so you need to contact customer service. Obviously they don’t respond directly so you’re waiting until you can end the ride and in the meantime missing my train and appointment. I used to love it and recommend it to my friends but now Very disappointed. I prefer check
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
My first experience with this company went smoothly, so when I visited Amsterdam again with some friends, I obviously recommended them... and that's where I MESSED UP! We opted on for their promotion of recommending friends and recieving free credit for everyone! Long story short, I've been charged incorrectly and have had nothing but issues speaking with their customer service team! Especially Babette! Her attitude is absolutely appalling and frankly, she doesn't belong in her job! I've asked to take this higher up the chain and a week on, funny enough, I'm still awaiting a reply from a senior team member! I've had to email again, to which I've not had a reply to either! I'm not going to let this drop and will spread the message on every review platform available! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Need improvments
It's very easy to find a rent scooter near you.
Unfortunately many of scooters are having squeaky breaks, missing mirror(s).
Sometimes start button and turn signal buttons are broken.
All those defects make you ride with cars quite dangerous (not affects much blue plate scooters ).
The main disadvantage is pricing policy. You pay per minute not per kilometer even though you stuck in traffic jam.
Bonus programs with Silver, Gold and other helmets suck a lot because you need to ride a lot and benefits are small. And bonus expire at the end of the month.
I didn't face problems with locking/unlocking but had similar issue with other sharing service and it's super annoying.
This service can be used in case of emergency or when public transport is not functioning.
The biggest improvement that can be made is to switch minute pricing policy to driven kilometers.

Last time I use this crappy service. I spent 3 euros going around trying to shut this thing off. This is how they make money. By not allowing you to shut the scooter off. Stay as far as possible from this company .
Never again
Never again. it looks like policy That the ‘green areas’ are not findable. The GPS on the scooter doesn’t work and the employees are so cheeky, they are talking to me like we are friends. I payed €8 for a 3 min trip and Nelly did nothing to help me, nothing. If you are in the Netherlands, use CHECK, they are the real guys.

Unfair debt collection practices
I had no idea that 11 euro was outstanding on my account. Emails went to trash. They now handed me over to a debt collector that wants 52 euros for an 11 euro account. I paid the invoice as soon as I became aware of it.
Scooters does not work most of the time.
I took Felyx 4 times, 3 times I had issue.
2 times the scooter did not start moving.
1 time I managed to book but with the disclaimer that the trip could not have been that long due too the battery.
Customer service on the other hand is good and supportive.
Dirty helmets and buggy app.
Do not use this company
Green areas are very far away. My scooter stopped working in the middle of the street, I called, waited for 6 mins then they put me in hold and did not end my ride. All this when I had to go somewhere.
No interest for customers. Also when the police is involved
A felyx user used a scooter without a driving license and felyx gave my informations to the police as I used the vehicle before. There was a mistake on the paper and I tried to call the customer service multiple times. No one answered. I wrote them on the chat but they asked me to write an email and said that I could phone the Dutch service if I wanted to get someone on the phone (surprise: they didn’t answer neither). I asked if there were a German customer service. They said yes and ended the chat on this sentence. Very rude and disrespectful when your company puts the customer in an issue involving legal actors. I’ll go see the offers of their competitors: at least they answer the phone when you have a problem. What would have happened in case of a problem on the road requiring Felyx’s intervention?
Unable to opt-out of marketing emails
I've been trying to get off the mailing list for a long time, but it seems to be impossible to unsubscribe from it. The customer service employees are nice people, but can't get anything done sadly. I will start this review off with 4 stars and edit it with one star less every month I'm still subscribed to these mails.

Felyx has done nothing to stop nuisance…
Felyx has done nothing to stop nuisance parking. Residents and guests of Vondelstraat 130, Amsterdam are constantly using these scooters and leaving them blocking the street, bicycles, doorways etc and Felyx doesn't reply or bother to resolve.

Not for Female Riders
All the scooters I've used in Berlin only contain 2x L-sized helmets. These are too large for a typical female head which makes me think Felyx doesn't care about the safety of its female riders.
Felyx needs to do better.

Love it!
Awesome! Felyx brings the SEA motorbike vibe to European cities. Approval process is fast (if you have issues, reach out to their helpline - they will assist you in the fly), application is intuitive to use, usually there is always a charged vehicle in the vicinity, mopeds are sturdy and easy to manoeuvre. Wanna bring a friend along for the ride? No problem, Felyx mopeds are usually equipped with 2 helmets.
Disadvantage is that vehicles are rather uncomfortable for taller individuals. And more acceleration power would be appreciated to overtake safely.

Terrible experiences with Felyx.
Once it logged out in the middle of a reservation and didn't let me log in again.
Once I wanted to park and although being in the service area (driving around to other places within the service area), it would not let me park anywhere for at least 30 minutes.
Multiple times, I have tried to start a Felyx which didn't connect or drive. I'd try another one nearby, which also failed to work, up to trying 4 in a row after which I gave up and walked to a tram instead.
When contacting their customer service, they end the chat without even replying. I even restarted a chat, restating the problem and telling them that the former chat had been abruptly ended before even getting any help. Again, someone came into the chat and left without answering.
Sort it out Felyx.

To get registered take ages
To get registered take ages, after 2 days still can't get registered. The program do not recognise my drivers license even if is German.
So I would stay away.
