I kept seeing pop ups on my social media of this company and checked out some reviews. I was surprised and to be honest still a little skeptical of the service as I'd never heard of them until recently. I sent off an application anyways and they got back to me the next working day. I was dealing with John, he helped me find the perfect car, sorted the finance and called the dealership for me. Hanna called me twice through the application process to keep me well informed. Within the next 24 hours, I had the contract signed and I pick my new car up next week. Absolutely chuffed to bits with the service and would 100% recommend. My credit score is atrocious so I didn't even think I'd get accepted in the first place. Happy woman now! Thank you.

Chris was very very helpful and even when there were issues found solutions promptly and gave plenty of choice. No pressure given. Also spoke with hannah and she was very informal and continued to make the whole process very comfortable. Dealt mostly on WhatsApp which made me feel very relaxed but even when speaking with the team on the phone to finalise things they were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. John was amazing, had finance in place and thought everything was going through no problem then had a message to say they had changed their mind, within an hour John had found someone else and the finance was approved and released to the garage and will now be collecting my daughters car on Thursday. Highs and lows but John was so supportive and helpful. Would highly recommend Jigsaw to anyone else needing finance.

I needed a new car as my current car is on its last legs. Thought I wouldn’t get finance with having bad credit but I was wrong. Chris from female friendly finance was great literally did all the work at finding cars. all I had to do was message over my requirements and Chris found and sent links to cars through whatsapp. It was quick and easy to be fair.

Chris was amazing throughout, chris spent so much time helping and supporting through this process. I am extremely happy with the service I have been provided. And would highly recommend.

I was in desperate need of a new car as my current one was constantly having issues, and I kept seeing the ads for FFF pop up. I do have a bad credit history so I honestly didn’t think I’d get anywhere. But desperate times and all that, so I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a try. Well I was completely shocked when I heard back to say that I’d be able to get financing! Within minutes I had a message asking what car I’d like to look for and from there FFF took over and found a car for me. It did take a little longer purely because I initially enquired on a Saturday and FFF are closed on Sunday’s, but by Tuesday I had my new car, it was that quick! I’m over the moon with my new car and can’t thank FFF enough for their help.

I’ve now been with Female Friendly Finance for six years and this is my third vehicle through them and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’d had two very cheap cars that both ended up with major mechanical faults, and the second one just before I contacted them had a complete engine failure. I had no deposit and no options left.
