After months and months of car troubles I decided it had to go and a new one was needed, not having time to visit dealerships due to working night shifts I started out searching for a vehicle finance broker to help with my search, I realised it’s a mine field with lots of different companies out there and wanted to find the best one for the task, I came across female friendly finance and after doing quite a bit of research I decided they were the best to work with me , I was helped by Chris who has worked with me for around 2 weeks he is great and has been fantastic from start to finish, I found it to be a very easy process and anything I wasn’t sure of or any questions Chris helped, now I have to admit I wasn’t the easiest to work with having changed my mind about the first car I had chosen (nothing to do with the broker) Chris explained that changing my mind was not an issue and he was right, I finally settled on another car I found and Chris done all the leg work for me allowing me to continue with my usual routine, he was very understanding of my shifts and only contacted me at convenient times for me, he was available day and night which was perfect for me and nothing was ever too much trouble, I collected my new car yesterday and I’m delighted with it, purchasing a car is an expensive big decision so I wanted to get it right I wouldn’t hesitate using female friendly finance again in the future or recommending them to anyone who is starting out on their search they definitely took the stress out of it for me.

Chris was amazing. From the minute I clicked on the website and filled in the form, he was on WhatsApp talking me through the process, keeping me updated and walking me through each step.

I hadn't realised that not only would they sort out the finance but that he would source some suitable cars for me based on what I'd told him. I picked one that I liked and he did everything else including speaking to the dealer to make sure everything was in order.

I can't fault the service and would recommend them to anyone looking to find a new car.

John, Hanna and all the team have been some of the most helpful, approachable and brilliant people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've been looking for a new car for some time and due to rebuilding my credit record I've been turned away. Other bad credit lenders Pepper you, harass you and do not give you space to breathe. FFF we're different. They were patient, understanding, not pushy and hnderatand that an individual is more than his score. (I did initially think I couldn't use them as I was male)

I can't speak highly enough of my experience and the difference this will make to my new families life.

I applied for a loan via Bluelight and was contacted by Friendly Female Finance very quickly. FFF were absolutely amazing in securing a loan very quickly. All communication was completed on line via WhatsApp and was very impressive every step of the way. Absolutely amazing from start to finish, getting a finance car is very daunting specially as your first car but Chris helped me out every single step of the way and continues to even after my car purchase- he talked me through the car stuff as i had no clue about cars. the whole process took a couple of days and i was driving away- had a couple of hiccups with the dealership and chris sorted them out and i could not thank him enough for all of his continued help

Cannot thank John enough for securing me finance.. I have been declined for the past year and desperate for a bigger car for so long! I have 4 children and really needed a 7 seater! A gentlemen name chris sorted our finance out for our new car it was amazing he did it all very quickly from start finish, there was no stress it was all very smooth I'd highly recommend this company 10/10 for chris friendly and also very easy to talk to ask and question they were answered very quickly, had car from arnold clark they were amazing Toby did everything for us on the car side and chris did all the finance side
