Extremely disappointed – zero customer service
I’ve tried contacting Femme Fatale at least five times over almost two months about an issue with my order, and have been completely ignored. Not a single reply or acknowledgement.
I’m genuinely baffled that a company can refuse to respond to customers altogether.
This is in huge contrast to other indie brands I’ve bought from recently, both Australian and Canadian, who have been exceptional in every way – quick to respond, kind, and professional.
It’s incredibly disappointing to experience such poor communication from a brand I had hoped to support. Until they improve their customer service, I would strongly advise people to stay away.
