Great payment platform fantastic customer service
Ive been with Fena for nearly 2 years. The onboarding was seamless.
I have a WooCommerce store it was super easy to setup.
Recently I had some issues migrating to their new systems, nothing major. It took one phone call for Scott and Qasim to be on it to solve the problem.
The issue was resolved fast, which is really important when running an e-commerce store.
I highly recommend this company

We have been using Fena now for over 2 years and it has been a game changer for our Bristol CBD business. Their system integrated easily with our woocommerce shop and many of our customers choose to pay by Fena as they know it is easy to use and saves money that otherwise would get paid to visa or mastercard. Fenas customer support has always been prompt. We recently set up recurring payments with some subscription customers which was simple to do. We're fans and hope to continue to grow our relationship.

The customer was given 6 month free trial for our new ERP product based on the fact they used our payments products. After those 6 free months, this customer demanded to be given free access to the software for life. When we offer 85% discounts for further 12 months as a gesture of good will, they started calling our sales person unprofessional and deceptive. Furthermore, after that incident the customer didn't pay a few months worth of invoices for the usage of our payment products. If we could give them a 1 start review for the behaviour as a customer, we would.

Do not use this company at any cost, wasted 3 days completing application, each time asking for additional documents when provided everything still asking for same documents even if it was provided before , each reply to my email is next day usually, just wasted my time and efforts , there is more reputable companies than this one , my advise is just do not use them , save your time !

This is not accurate description of our dealing with this reviewer.
Tomas didn't pass our automated KYC/KYB and AML checks. His case was escalated to our compliance department that detected irregularities with his application and rejected it. We are a regulated business and follow rigorous merchants checks.
If you check all reviews posted by Tomas, you will quickly notice a pattern. He left 1 star reviews to financial institutions rejecting his multiple applications for banking and payment systems. Usually there is a strong reason why an account gets rejected.
