VERY POOR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered the anxiety bookshelf via the TikTok advert and was supplied with a very inferior product - less than half the size and the individual books were substandard, very poor quality all round.
The company refused to refund me in full, offering $10 instead of the $42.61 I paid and insisted I return the product to China for a refund which would have been very costly.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Do not purchase from this company. I received my order. It’s cheap crap. Nothing at all like the ad. No pretty packaging and the bookcase was a 1/4 of the size. Cost me $35us + $10pp. When I complained and asked for a refund and showed them pictures of what I ordered vs what I got, they offered me $10.

Do not buy this - nothing like the advert. The bookcase is tiny and not great quality - not the one shown in the advert. This was a gift for my daughter but will not be giving it and after complaining to them about their advert being misleading I got the response that it wasn't a real bookcase and the books weren't real - yes I knew that - I'm not stupid but I did get scammed.

Nothing like the ones advertised. Cheap, plastic, very small shelf unit, cant even see the books through white perspex even after removing film. I paid almost £70 for 2 😡 big mistake! The books are inferior to the ones advertised also. Returning immediately!

I ordered the Anxiety Bookshelf. When it arrived it was half the size I expected, the little books were just painted on one side NOT the spine like the advertisement. You can not give this as a gift its awful waste of £25. They refuse to refund or return.

DO NOT BUY Anxiety Bookcases from this Company unless you are looking for a cheaper substandard product.

In TikTok they are using the official advert from Anxiety Bookcases.com to convince you that they are selling the same product.

Absolutely poor quality and a scam of the real Anxiety Bookshelf product. Poor quality and the advert on TikTok showed the real company product but the product supplied is cheap, no detail and poorly put together. Will be taking this further and I should have known better DO NOT BUY!!! - Shocking company to deal with - avoid at all costs. Would if I could award 0

I ordered the Anxiety box but never received it got in touch with them and no joy so hope your happy with my £38 pounds it was a Christmas present for my niece 😡😡😡

I ordered the anxiety bookshelf and a hummingbird feeder in August. I have still not received the items. Sometime in September, it seems to have gotten lost. I contacted Fenneles support and they said they would ship another but provided me no shipping or tracking info. They have refused to give me a refund since they say they shipped the items. Their support has been less than helpful and I still don't have my items or my money.

Absolutely garbage, less than dollar store quality wood and materials, so mad! I was scammed off of TikTok, (should have known better) the anxiety bookshelf from Fennels is nothing but garbage. DO NOT BUY!!!

Anxiety bookcase. What a shocker that was when it arrived. I went with this company because I thought maybe cheaper ones on amazon having had no spines were cheap because of that. I paid lot more on fenneles actually with postage cost £42 and it arrived tidsy the size of my palm, rough horrible wood and NO SPINES just plain wood. Furious is an understatement. I want every bit of my money back because it is blatant false advertising.

Ordered Anxiety Bookshelf as a gift after seeing it on TikTok - do not believe the TikTok - it is not what you will get. Absolute scam. What you receive is tiny - size of hand and “books” are just bits of wood with nothing printed on spine - so just brown bits of wood lined up - not looking like books at all. Will just throw away. Please do not fall for this scam - Do not order thinking you will get what is on TikTok. Extremely disappointed.

Anxiety bookshelf,product is not as advertised. Its the size of my hand, not finished wood and you could get splitters it's that bad.
The glass front does not fit and is cheap plastic instead. The books have no spine and are not finished. I'm so disappointed, this was supposed to be a gift and I feel so ripped off. I paid over £30 for this rubbish. Never again.
They have used the video and images of the genuine product on their site,it is nothing like what is advertised. Please avoid this company!

Bought the anxiety bookshelf. Nothing like the picture. Books have no printed spine so when in the Shell They Are just plain Brown. Way smaller than in the picture. Picture was taken from the Website from the original seller and you get a very low quality Scam Product instead.
