Ordered a dress. Very poor quality, nothing like the pictures. Way too small. Asked to return. Was told it has to be sent to china. Dress was £45. Recorded delivery was £24. Once sent, they stopped returning my emails. Parcel never left customs. 8 months later, it arrived back in my doorstep. All my emails were then blocked. I’ve given the dress to charity as was too embarrassed to sell. Disgusted that they’re getting away with it😡

If I could leave no stars, I would. Eventually received a dress, which I would say was worse than a child's fancy dress dress. Nothing like the picture, made horrifically, to be honest, it was hilarious. So Emma from Fenom told me to return it to China, which I did before Christmas. Tuesday 8th July, it came back to me, as the address I sent to was fake. So that was a waste of another £22. She still hasn't returned my email or my money

Would give 0 stars. I wish I’d seen every review on here before ordering. Scammed with £100. Wouldn’t accept my return and had me jumping through hoops to try. Dresses look nothing like the photos. Disgusting company

They are absolute scammers.

My dress arrived see through and did not cover my bum - it was mid thigh on the model and I am only 5ft5, so not tall.

Returned the clothes to their China warehouse - which is an expensive shipping cost.

Four months later and no refund!

Update: five months late, my parcel has been rejected from Chinese immigration because it was ‘unclaimed’. Still no reply.

Absolute scammers and clothes are see through Returned the clothes to “china” and when I asked when are they giving me a refund they said the clothes were stuck at customs! 3 months later I’m still waiting and now they are not responding This is £100 worth! DISGRACE

I would give zero stars if it were possible.
Terrible quality dress, I asked to return it and got a response. I sent it back in good faith.
The person on the email then either blocked me or shut down the email address. No response on instagram either.
Complete scam and I lost £70 plus postage which is an absolute outrage.
My advice would be to avoid completely

Awful dressed with cheap material and they just don’t let you return and ignore you! I Paid £25 to return the 4 dresses I got which were awful and then they stopped returning my emails and the parcel has just arrived back at my house after 4months of waiting. Disgusting how these “companies” can get away with this

Still waiting on a refund since August last year, they were in contact but are now ignoring all my emails!! Goods sat at customs for months and now say they have been delivered to the supplier! Does anyone know if there is there anything I can do about this?

Do not buy from these con artists, they are not in London and the clothes are nothing like the picture, they dont reply so you have no chance of a refund, BIG SCAM AVOID

I purchased a dress, as soon as I did it, I realised where it was coming from and knew the quality would be poor. I emailed straight away to cancel the order and they refused. I went back and forth trying to cancel it, it hadn't even left them for several weeks but they still refused to cancel it. They then said I'd have to pay the returns shipping which was almost the price of the dress. The dress was TINY and the poorest quality I've ever seen, SHEIN defo do it better. I would never ever use this again, shocking quality, shocking service and just a terrible company.

I ordered a dress I seen on Facebook for a wedding dress the dress arrived after weeks from china not London it was supposed to be pink and it was a purple awful colour it was a cheap material I tried to return when I finally got a response they said I couldn’t return and offered me half price voucher to purchase something else which I haven’t bothered as I won’t use the them again cheap and awful nothing like the pictures they use

I ordered a dress advertised on 6/11/2024 for a friends wedding on 22nd November.
The dress looked amazing in the photos.
When the dress arrived the colours were indeed as seen in the photos, however the dress was not as advertised and had 2 gaping holes around the rib cage, which would fit arms, evidently part of the design. This was evident in the photos which I then had to send.
Made for a person 2 sizes smaller, and the quality of the material very poor.
I have attempted several times to return the dress and have a refund, and all I have been asked to do was send a video. No way was I going to be wearing it and taking a video, therefore I sent photos.
I have since heard nothing despite several emails.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The images are all stolen from social media and the clothes are terrible quality!! Not worth the price they are selling them for at all! I ordered a dress and it came and was too small and such cheap material. They make you pay for the return to CHINA!!! Which costs a fortune. They are called "Fenom London" but they are a chinese company and have nothing to do with London. This is all a scam to get you to buy from them as they disguise themselves as a London based company. I paid to send the item back to china, then when I contacted them to find out where my refund was, the email address no longer exists. So they have just essentially made me return the item and stolen my money.

Dress came to late, quality was terrible I had to pay £24 to send back. This was on the 2nd Dec and still NO REFUND. They have now blocked my email address so I can’t contact them. Dress was over £50.

Dress arrived too late for event it was bought for as shipped from China NOT London as name would imply. Quality was shocking and looked more liked a very flammable Halloween costume ! I have returned the item and requested a refund and am still waiting.
