Order November 10th supposed to been 5 day delivery then kept receiving delivery notifications finally got one December 11th saying delivered at 1am. I received nothing tried reaching out to the company nothing now I have to dispute payment with bank. Complete scam don’t order and TikTok needs to stop promoting them.

Placed an order on November 10th and kept receiving emails that on the tracking progress. On December 11th, I received an email stating the package was delivered, but I have NOT received anything from this company. I guess this company is ripping people off big time!!! Please DO NOT make the same mistake!!!! Now that I am trying to email the company, the email is coming back undelivered. WOW!!!

Yes big scammers! I placed an order and never received my package. When I checked the status and clicked the link to their website, it said something like you are not authorized. Sent back to where I placed my order to check the status and my past orders, it wasn’t even in there!!!

Well I was scammed as well,I placed two orders over a month ago and never received them,one said it was delivered and I never got it,I can't get in touch with them at all,,,this is not cool at all,assholes

If I could give 0 stars I would ! TOTAL SCAM ! Bogus Tracking info! No working phone number, no email response, no costumer support, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This company should be ashamed of themselves!

Ordered November 6th. Today is December 10, 2025, checked the delivery status shows it was delivered Delivered December 9th. It was not. Unable to get ahold of anyone to help me locate my package. Looks like a scam.

This is a SCAMMM! Buyers beware....these prices are too good to be true. Once your order is placed, you will never receive the merchandise AND you will be "blocked"from the site, and therefore you've just HANDED these thieves your money!

THiS IS SCAM NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER THEY sent an email at 1:30 am in the morning stating my package was delivered. The package was never delivered. I emailed and called the phone number is out of service. Email undeliverable. TIK TOCK should be advised this company is using the platform to SCAM!

I recently placed two orders with Frenrira within a week. Both orders claiming to be delivered by Fed Ex within 3 to 7 days. I waited over a month with a tracking # that showed it was coming from China....I guess that was my first red flag...then the merchandise arrived in the U.S. in Los Angeles customs department...stayed there for about 1 week then made its way to my City. We'll the package stayed at my City package warehouse for about 1 week also...finally they claim it was out for delivery and this morning at 2AM I wake up to a package delivered notice...only to find nothing was there . I have emailed them several times and the phone # is bogus. This was definitely a lesson learned..pay close attention...and always read reviews...do more background work on some of these pop up online businesses.
