Dry well presented items but poorly…

Very well presented items but poorly executed. It took over a year for FenSens to reply to my messages regarding one of my units not working. Finally they did but only suggested cleaning the sensors and changing the batteries. Then stated as it was out of warranty and I enquired as to whether there was a way of getting it repaired; I received no answer. Subsequently the other unit also failed so I tried to see if I could get one working from the two. It as then I found why the units were u/s, water gets in and corrodes the parts inside. In fact the batteries have lasted longer than the units which cost me £200. A very poor and expensive experience.
