For your information, unfortunately FEPshop went bankrupt on September 2024, be aware before you order.
I had an order with them (preorder from July) and was not updated on this until contacting them. Still hoping to receive a refund or the product.

i have ordered on 22 augustus 2024 and stil have not my gingiva resin for phrozen sonic. we have send a mail but no answer . hope the wil contact us .we wil stay with hope get back our mony or the resin .

They shipped my order really fast, it took less then a week to get my order for a really good price. Way cheaper then Amazon oder eBay. It was nicely packaged and worked with no issues.

While my delivery arrived in poor condition due to packaging damage by the couriers the FEPshop Team replaced it in double quick time with no extra charges. Most happy with service.

Good price, delivered in time to Portugal. No problem with the product and packaging.

Fep Premium 150 and 200 microns are quite good. I gave 3 stars/ at first because in the last envelope we received, 2 cardboard tubes were smashed - we tried to use the foils but there were permanent kinks in the fep foil that remained also after we stretched on the tray frames. Last Edit: Made a support/ request for refund and got a cupon code/ Citoforma support desk. I know they can do better. Thanks

I bought and paid am industrial refurbished 3D printer from FEPSHOP.
The following day they confirmed receiving payment. I was checking everyday to see if the order was shipped, and it was not.
So, after a few days, I sent an email just to see what the issue was, and yes, there was an issue with the spools out of stock for another couple of months. Nobody even bothered to let me know and there is not any notice on my order on the site saying that. They do not provide online chat support, and they do not provide phone numbers, so I begged several time to fix the issue and get my stuff ASAP buy them making a phone call to me, but not, they did not. So I had to start these back and forth emails wasting hours and days, and I clearly stated several times that I am fine with any spools, any brand, any quantity, I just the the printer ASAP.
No reply from them by e-mail, but today they ask me another money to make a partial shipping, basically I would pay extra shipping fees to get a part of what I already ordered and paid with no clue to when the rest of the shipping will be made.
At the moment I still have no idea when and if the shipping will be made and, as usual, I will checking mails if anyone from FEPSHOP cares

There was 3 months latency but it was expected and understandable due to issue at the red sea. After it was shipped it arrived very fast. And the prices are no where to be matched they are fantastic. Highly recommend purchasing from FEPshop.
