I order baby swing on February 2023 i got nothing for almost a month. I emailed them so many times but no response at all.
Finally after a month i got 1 small clip instead of my baby swing
So disappointed
Fake company
Scammer

Like everyone here I order the baby seat, never received. Sent many emails, I received one 1 back sayin(on the way). 3 months later still nothing, not even a hair clip. I will be more cautious about where I order from and check reviews beforehand.

I ordered a baby swing for the bith of my great grandson in may so gave it plenty of time and placed my order in Dec 22 still havent received it and I send an email everyday to no avail this company is down right just thieves . I am a pensioner and cannot afford to give my mon ey away to scammers how dare they rob people like this and why haven't the been held accountable.

Like everyone else I also ordered a baby swing at the beggining of the year, only to receive a plastic clip in the post around 3 weeks later. Tried to email a couple of different emails with no response.
Do not use them! Total scam!

Fraud company they do not send out the order and neither respond to any emails. They have a nice webpage to ensure they get business but that is where people are fooled as it seems legit. I ordered a baby bouncer on 09 January 2023 and today is 09 March 2023 but this product has not arrived and no communication from them either. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

These people are fraudsters, they need to be taken down. I hope someone does. They scammed me and my wife, we tried buying a Munchkin bouncer and after weeks they sent us a hairpin. If they’re not stopped, people will continue to lose money to them.

I ordered a baby bouncer in December 2022 we are now almost in March 2023 I never received it nor did anyone get back to my several complaints I sent via email

I couldn't even find a customer services number for them

I do NOT recommend them Keep away from this company they are fraudsters.

IT IS FRAUD. I AM CHEATED BY THEM. I ORDERED FEW ITEMS AND NOTHING RECEIVED. NO REPLY FOR MY CONTINUES EMAILS.
I LOST MY MONEY.SO PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY BY ORDERING THEIR PRODUCT.YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Ordered munchkin swing haven't recieved no reply to emails and website is now down. When trying to track it they have probably took thousands of people.

Ordered a munchkin bouncer. Reviews on fb were all decent so thought sod it I'll order it. To wait 4 weeks and recieve a blue hair clip. Yes a hair clip!!!!! They're ignoring all emails

Just found out that iv been scammed aswell! Ordered a baby swing 11 January 2023 and found from the tracking that apparently was delivered on 25 January 2023 but NO BABY SWING arrived just a pink plastic hairclip!!! This is disgusting how people can take you money like that, Do not order from this site, I think its been took down anyways when you click into visit this store. I have contacted my bank to hopefully get my money back. I also tried to email them with no response !!

Wouldn't even give it 1 star ordered a baby chair in January and still had nothing awful taking people's money and no goods how do I go about getting my money bk does any1 know

I also ordered a baby Bouncer on 13th January, and like everyone else have not yet received one,or a hairclip!!!, my colleague who also ordered one had her hairclip arrive today 1st February, we have both been lucky enough to have our money refunded into our bank.
Anyone who has ordered one contact your bank.

I was ordered electrical portable baby swing but I received blue plastic hair clip. This is disgusting. Firstly you sent delivery too late and sent wrong parcel. It is totally scammed. This website should be banned.

I am in the same boat as everyone else. I received a plastic hairclip and no sign of the baby swing. It’s bloody disgusting they think they can take people’s money. I’ll be taking action with my bank to reclaim my money. Do the right thing Feramore!

Update: I am pleased I went through my bank and was able to get my money back via the banks fraud team.

Total scam company. Do not order anything from these
