Ferber Painting 

Difficult to create a smooth finish as product is quite thick. Tried with brush which I had to sand off. Then with smooth furniture roller which was better but still had to use 400 wet and dry to get smooth finish.

I have placed an order with them more than 5 months ago, and they did not send the products. Everytime I contact them they say they will look into it, but they do nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Absolut scam! After waiting 3 weeks for the paint stripper to arrive discovered it is not doing anything! The ingredients are not listed on the bottle and it could be water in it as far as I am concerned! Bought the Facade and Exterior Wall Stripper - not removing any paint! Very disappointed!

Unfortunately I also failed to check the Trustpilot reviews of this company. Ordered glyphosate, 5l. The product did not arrive the next day as promised, but after about a week. It was a small miracle the product arrived undamaged. It was wrapped in a very thin carton box absolutely not suitable to protect the 5l container.

After inspection the product looked very suspicious. Fluid with white flakes of material which does not really dissolve. Anyways, after shaking the container thoroughly and trying to mix the contents as good as possible, I tried the product using twice the amount as advised on my driveway. After a couple of days there was no effect at all. All weeds continued to grow as never before.

When contacting the helpdesk, you get automated replies (probably AI). In no way it is possible to get your money back as advertised.

After a couple of weeks and trying the product again with even a higher dose, the effect is still 0. I suspect I bought an expensive container with water.

DO NOT BUY AT THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

Fair price and the product is great to use with excellent results. The only downside was a long delivery time, not due to the supplier but the transport route. Overall, very pleased with the product and the end results.

Fake people fake fake fake producks, you will only get water in a bottle by product you order. Be aware and be safe from theses thieves. Modern day Thiefs

100% fake product. I ordered Tung Oil 25 Liters, and what arrived was watery discolored synthetic varnish. They are no refusing to refund it and I have to contact my bank and dispute the transaction as well as I am reporting them to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). I encourage anyone else who has had such an experience do the same.

The product cost £25.00 to get it here on Express they charged me £29.00 on top, 4 days later still no sogn of it, no information on when it is arriving, contacted them to cancel it as i needed it next day and they say i cannot cancel it, so the next best thing i can do is to help other people in the UK from making the mistake i did, they called this EXPRESS delivery, nothing EXPRESS about it, no information, no updates and then they think it is acceptable to charge you £29.00 for a misleading product...........who knows when it will turn up, i thought for £29 it would be a special courier, just FEDEX who do not know when it will arrive.....i needed it on Saturday, you would think for £29 it would arrive next day!!!

I purchased this product with high expectations, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The quality is poor, and it does not perform as advertised. After a short period of use, several issues appeared, and the overall build feels cheap and unreliable. The value for money is not good, and I believe there are much better alternatives available at the same price. I would not recommend this product.

I bought two products from Ferber Painting. However, they only sent one, and when I reached out to them to tell them about the situation, they wouldn't help unless I had the original cardboard box it was sent in. I explained what the box looked like and how the package arrived, and explained that the postman had probably taken a picture of it when he put it by the door, but that I no longer had the box as it had been thrown out, as I expected another package with the missing product to arrive - but when this did not happen, I reached out. The company wrote that they could not help then.
I have never had such poor service, and moreover a company that steals your money - as they do not send your products, - or only half of them. I cannot recommend them in any way.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They do not send the goods, and all email correspondence you will receive when you ask repeatedly where the goods are will be written by AI. They will ignore ALL requests to cancel and refund your money.
