My order came a week late due to a wonky usps mailing route (possibly weather related)- I emailed customer service and they were quick and kind in their response. I got the product I ordered and it was well packaged. No complaints!

Loyal Shaper Plus consumers will not be quite satisfied.
I've been using this product for years. Not the original Wella product. Disappointed that it came from Mexico. Does not hold like the 80 VOC should hold and the smell does not compare to the original scent.

I sent a picture. Soap was all over the zipna. Opened to find out 5 of your bottle tops were broken. You have a picture already. Never ever had this problem with you. I can’t use the soap. I can use the 6 th bottle because it’s not broken that I can see.
