Fraude. Un familiar realizó un pedido el 10 de enero, hemos estado siguiendo el estado del pedido y finalmente puso entregado el 11 de febrero, no habiendo recibido nada. Hemos contactado tanto la supuesta empresa de reparto como con el contacto que aparece en la web y no hemos obtenido respuesta.
Es una estafa , me han estafado 35 euros , ojala se lo gasten en medicina
Compré un robot y desde el 17 de diciembre he estado mirando el seguimiento, hasta el 10 de enero que ha puesto entregado, y a mí no me han entregado nada. Me he puesto 2 veces en contacto a través de un email que pone en la página web y no sólo no contestan, sino que he recibido un email de Microsoft diciendo que ha habido un error, que no se ha podido enviar el email, como si me hubiese confundido en el email o no existiese.
