I bought the olly and Olivia puzzle track set from a shopping centre and the car stopped working after one use. Customer service is no existent, i have tried various avenues. My sons very sad he cant use his track but I dont want to say £15 again for a toy that was faulty to get a new car.

We purchased all four of the London educational track for our son. Unfortunately in one set we were giving a duplicate piece and consequently a missing piece. I have emailed and contacted via social media to resolve this issue but have had no response

It was absolutely fantastic and every sensory need for Neurodiverse and mainstream children it is safe fun, and I couldn’t recommend it more, not only as the educational but it’s fun hours of play whilst learning five star best gift I have purchased this year .

I purchased olly & olivia recently and my son absolutely loves it that iv ordered the whole set for him. With hours of fun, it kept him busy so i was loving this as much as he is. The product itself is made to a high standard & is very sturdy. Its so cute. Customer service was great & delivery was prompt, so have decided to buy more for my nieces and nephews for Christmas as i know it will be a hit with them too. Highly recommended

Afternoon in Bromley shopping mall, met Sunny & Anusha, we have always been looking for garden set, came across this beautiful 5 piece suite and within pur budget.. amazing.. comfortable get for lounging, sitting and moving around, eacy accessible and light... excellent choice, shared with loved ones.

No company communication. I needed to ask them something about my order, I tried emailing, leaving messages on Facebook and ringing the number, but no response. After finally getting through to someone I was told my order wasn't in stock .
An email would of been nice !! When my items finally arrived one of them had damage . I haven't the energy to send it back , way too much hassle.

Shocking customer service.

I tried contacting you by email to change the shipping address when your invoice came through. You ignored the email. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE!
