The ferry ticket price is set by the respective ferry company and is not determined by Ferries.gr.
The additional €5 is a separate Booking & Support Fee and is not part of the ferry fare. It covers the services provided through our platform, including secure transaction processing, system operation and maintenance, continuous improvements to the user experience, and customer support before and after booking. The fee is shown separately after the selected seats have been priced and remains clearly visible throughout the booking process until payment is completed.
As your criticism mainly concerns the carrier’s ticket price and a clearly disclosed service fee, we would ask that your rating be reconsidered fairly and reflect the booking service, information, and support actually provided by Ferries.gr.
