Fund withdrawal issue

I'm leaving a neutral review here as am still hoping someone from Ferriswheel would respond to my emails. This is concerning the Ferriswheel's closure of services. I wasn't aware of the closure as I didn't see/open the emails and reminders they sent me regarding this until yesterday when I tried to log in to my account last Sunday and saw the Closure message saying: "Dear Ferriswheel Customers, All Ferriswheel services have now officially closed. Any enquiries can be sent to support...
I sent them three emails so far but have't heard from them, yet. I have around £12 - £14k worth of bitcoin in my account. I registered with them in January 2021 when it was called Coinburp. I'm a pensioner and this amount means a great deal for me. I feel helpless now. I hope someone from Ferriswheel would see this and get in touch.

Ferriswheel is closing down but are allowing withdrawals.

Ferriswheel is closing down, but they have allowed my small crypto assets held with them to be withdrawn to safe external wallets. So, if you still have money in their wallets, write polite enquiries and I am sure they will respond and action your requests. I suspect they are busy with lots of last minute requests. They require a photo with a handwritten sign showing that you understand the risks of crypto when making a withdrawal so be sure to get that right, as my first version was rejected.

Ferris Wheel - can’t withdraw money

Ferris Wheel have advised they will cease trading and I should withdraw funds. However, can’t do this on their website, no responses to emails, no way to contact them directly. Deadline is January 2024 and looks like they’re keeping my money as I have no way to complain or pursue. Outrageous

0 stars - all my crypto lost

If I could put 0 stars; I would. I had my phone hacked into and the hacker managed to gain access to my Ferris wheel account. Ferris wheel released my funds without taking any due diligence or doing any ID verification of the hacker before doing so. They further promised to investigate my case and update me to which they did not. I would warn anybody using this crypto platform to be incredibly careful and be aware that your funds are not safe if you choose to use them. Due to their lack of due diligence I have lost over £8,000 of my crypto investments.

Great!

Friendly, timely, helpful and *most* importantly, honest. Once I'd provided the relevant documentation - and they helped me with the required details - BTC received within a minute of transfer of funds from my UK bank - professional and highly recommended.
