Our central heating boiler broke down in December, which was incredibly stressful, especially during the cold weather and having a small infant staying with us. Thankfully, Jason, the service engineer, arrived promptly and was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout.
He quickly diagnosed the problem and fitted a new Ferroli Bluehelix boiler with a 7-year warranty, giving us real peace of mind. Jason explained everything clearly and completed the installation to a very high standard. He worked efficiently, treated our home with respect, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.
Thankfully we had our heating and hot water back up and running in no time. Excellent service from start to finish. We are delighted with our new boiler and the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend both Jason and the company to anyone needing boiler repairs or a new boiler installation.

Best decision made to ring Ferroli, Zack was so knowledgeable and helpful, I sent photos of the boiler and he emailed the old and new part numbers which really helped in trying to source the correct timer. Zack followed up with a telephone call to check if I had managed to find the part or if further assistance was required. I have managed to order the timer from the 2 part numbers given and hope it will be ok. If not, Zack said to get back to him for more help if necessary...brilliant service.

Had a new boiler, so far so good. Have a 10 year warranty so was pleased with that piece of mind. So far, so good with no problems. Jason my Ferroli engineer is great and I know if there are any problems I have faith he will get it sorted.

I own a plumbing and heating company and have over 20 years experience. What an awful company Ferroli are.
The old Ferroli boilers (the Modena) used to be great but that was 10/15 years ago.
There new boilers are absolute junk. They are probably up there with the worst boilers money can buy.
I have had to wait over 2 weeks on 2 separate occasions to get simple parts to repair these awful boilers. Any other boiler, the part would be next day delivery, or, it would be In stock, they give suppliers the run around promising delivery dates that come and go without the parts turning up, meanwhile the customer has no boiler for 2 weeks!
How can any company operate like this? Cheap, poorly made, unreliable, parts hard to get hold off.
If you buy a Ferroli boiler, you are asking for trouble. They are cheap for a reason.
Ferroli contacted me after this and apologised and offered me a £25 voucher which I felt was good of them. It didn’t really make uk for the grief I got from the customer and having to rearrange the diary several times when we are stacked with work but it was a nice gesture so I have changed the star rating

I'm a gas registered installer and I'm not familiar with ferroli boilers. I had a fault on a boiler and spoke to a technical support guy called Dean. He was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he was patient and very understanding. He talked me through the troubleshooting and setting up of the boiler.

Ferroli helped me out with a warranty issue, a guy called Zak assisted and sorted the issue out, I didn't think it would be warranted but they got it sorted, even though it was an error by me, well done guys

Boiler cut out Saturday morning which wasn’t great timing as Ferroli is shut over the weekend. Sent them an email and rang first thing Monday morning. Spoke to Joshua who had already received my email and instructed an engineer. Chris the engineer arrived within an hour or so and fixed the problem. Maybe an emergency call out number over weekends would be an idea but otherwise excellent service from Joshua and Chris 👍

I’ve just installed another Ferroli Bluehelix combi boiler - I’ve now fitted over 20 of this model and genuinely can’t fault it.
They’re efficient for both heating and hot water, and the touchscreen display gives them a smart, modern look.

The engineer they sent was Dave to give my boiler an annual service. It's the first time I've used ferroli but I definitely will in the future as it's the first time I seen the boiler cleaned up in such a way with pride and actually taking things apart. I asked the engineer if he didn't mind me watching and found him very chatty and he talked me through the process of what he was doing.

Please Please look at the Google reviews! This company has left me completely out in the dark, or cold to be exact!!! They refuse to acknowledge that the heating element in the P7/12 Boiler is a faulty product! I have replaced this part over the years about 20 times....around 4 times every year and NOW they will not let a reseller (Wolsley) take stock of the item!!!
They demand I MUST buy it locally (I live overseas) at a way bigger cost! Complete and utter disgrace! If I knew better I WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED FERROLI.......EVER!

Hi, I have a question about my Ferroli 28 kW boiler.
The flame symbol turns on and the boiler starts by itself several times a day and night, even when the tap is closed and the heating is off. I’ve set both hot water and heating to 50 °C, but the temperature keeps rising on its own.
The boiler is new (about 3 months old) and this only started 4–5 days ago. It didn’t do this before. I called technical support and was told this is normal, but my trusted technician says it isn’t.
Could you please confirm whether this behavior is actually normal under these conditions?
