This was our first time with Ferry Marina and certainly not our last. All the staff are fabulous, helpful, professional and friendly. Check in was so simple. Our boat was ready at the specified time and it was gleaming, inside and out . George showed us around the Zircon Emblem and was very thorough in doing so, not to mention very polite and friendly. We had a very minor issue on our 3rd day with the internet on board, and David was with us within 15 minutes to fix it. Nothing is too much for these guys. Even when we arrived early for check in, Leah suggested we grab a coffee and she would ring us if the boat was ready any earlier. I can highly recommend these guys. Nothing is too much for any of them. We were so impressed with the boat, the layout, and how it and Ferry Marina met our needs, that on our journey home we booked again for next year and we cannot wait. Amazing customer service! Good evening, just wanted to say what a fantastic team you have at your boat yard.
We booked a boat with you last week and although we had a serious problem with our boat your team went above and beyond all the way through from arrival until we left .
Special mention to Nial and dean who was fantastic with my children and made everything run smoothly Evan when we had issues with the boat. Whilst the boat was been repaired they paid for our evening meal and drinks and also gave us a day boat to keep us going for the day I am not sure of the lady’s name who was working on reception but what a lovely lady and a very happy welcome.

We’ve hired cruisers from Horning Ferry Marina four times over the last 8 years and they’ve been consistently good. Great choice of boats and good customer service. They excelled themselves this week as the marina was disrupted by flooding but they made every effort to avoid our holiday being spoiled. The two chaps who spent all day (carefully) lifting customer cars onto a trailer to help get through the metre high water were superb as was the lady at reception who was very helpful throughout all of the storms and flooding. Thank you. We will be back.
