Great Service

Great Service provided by the team at Ferrysecure. I am away in holiday and discovered a fault in my towing electrics. Not only did they fit me in for a quick look they discovered the fault to be a poorly installed cable ( not done by them I hasten to add).
They were extremely busy but managed to find an hour to get this sorted for me so that I can enjoy the remainder of my holiday safe in the knowledge that I’ll be able to tow my caravan home safely at the end.
Fantastic customer service throughout, would recommend them without hesitation.

This Company does go above and beyond anything one expects.

Having had my towbar fitted on 7/8 and been away with the caravan my car battery suddenly died on 26/8. The main agent replaced faulty battery, then the alarm sensor due to it randomly sounding, then Stop / Start stopped working. After two days of the car being at the Main Agent I got a call “ the car has a power leakage it is due to fitting of non Nissan parts on the towbar electrics and cost of this investigation is £360!” Shocked I contacted Ferry Secure who were also surprised but agreed to contact main agent and keep me informed but reassured that it would be sorted. Day 3 Ferry Secure have been to garage established that there is a slight power drain but this is normal with any towbar and no significant drain appears until caravan is connected but what we will do is replace all the wiring when you get car back and send it off to our supplier just so that you are reassured. Day 3 Main Agent found another power leakage due to non standard tracker - ok disconnect and let me know if this solves the problem. Guess what it does not accounting for 20MA! Day 4 Main Agent finds problem with DC converter ( a Nissan Part ). Day 5 car is taken to Ferry Secure who remove wiring / replace at no cost to me and send away to their supplier for testing. I score this Ferry Secure 10 Main Agent 0
