Rude and pathetic employees
I registered at your website hoping to find some decent help, but all I received was a very rude treatment because I couldn't speak Deutsch. Building a house is generally necessary for many and it shouldn't be the case that the inability to speak good German becomes a potential barrier for anyone to get service/support from companies like you. It's time that you reconsider your company policy to support at least advice in English. But the most important of all is that your employees speak with empathy to anyone, no matter whether they are from Deutschland or not. Your employees lack the basic training on how to behave with their customers.
I usually don't write reviews on anyone, but I see a necessity that I need to inform everyone about how rude your behavior was.
