Not responding customer’s questions

Not responding customer’s questions. Fertypharma customer support team promised to send a code in the email, but never did. I sent follow up emails, not answering. Quite disappointed.

Never arrived

Ordered for 200 EUR, a month later it's not shown up, and no reply from fertypharm, have tried to reach them several times.

Product Open when received (After waiting 4 weeks for delivery)

I have just received my order after waiting 4 weeks for it to arrive and the seal on the FertyBiotic is open so this cannot be used. I have been referred by my doctor to use Fertypharm as part of my IVF journey and due to their lengthy delivery and now products arriving already open this is not possible. I will be speaking to my doctor for another option. Please send a courier to collect your products and refund me.
