Worst company ever! If I could rate a negative I would!

Bottle was more expensive than buying directly from Owala! Open/close clip is faulty and flimsy.

Queried it to be told to send a video which I already did in the first instance. Sent video again and was told it would be referred to the product team.

Followed up on my complaint just to receive an email stating it is now outside the return window of 14 days.

Owala offers a 30 day return.

Jay Walt who I have been communicating with is subsequently ignoring my emails.

Stay far away from Fevior as a company, short cut money making, dishonest and over priced! NO customer service!

Ordered 2 coats 2 month ago never received them and they never replied to my emails and massages they are thieves and someone has to put an end to this b@@l sh@t

Was told 2 times my order was delivered which was not true, and then was told i will get refund which never happened ..

I had two orders, I did not receive either of them. They say they were delivered, they were not, I have a camera, they never came. Now I can’t contact them, the link won’t work. Total SCAM!!!

I placed an order through Fervoir on 7/20/2023 and have been tracking my order the entire time. The tracking number shows "delivered" on 8/19/2023 but I have not received a single thing.

I am frustrated because I've been waiting over a month for my items and the thought of it being delivered to another address or even stolen is very upsetting, even though I have the correct address on file.

I've sent several emails and no has responded. If this is not handled, I will proceed with further measures.

Scam! The order never got delivered, even if on their tracking website the order appears as being delivered. 😡

This company is a scam. I placed order on 6/8 I have been in contact with company several times requesting refund since nothing ever came. They use track 678 which I am told is also a scam. Do not waste your money.

Disgusting unprofessional and unhygienic you’d need a clap test just buy opening the parcel!

Excellent product range and a fine example of true customer support. Good advice on products and superfast delivery very discreet and will definately be doing business with this company again. Thanks fervoir.co.uk
