Awful. They don’t offer refund / want to accept the lights are faulty and not fit for purpose. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Outrageous farce of a company.

They don't offer refunds!
I went to take some lights back that weren't what was advertised on the box and was told they don't offer refunds, only store credit. The lights packaging was designed in a way that it didn't show exactly what they looked like. The lady issuing me the credit note told me that all the staff disagree and want to give refunds but the owner won't allow it - sounds like a money grabber. I won't be going back here - I went to the Cwmbran branch.

Not sure I can trust this company to supply others
This company supplies to QVC. QVC sells the item on TV saying either delivery up to 10 days or advance order. It is now 42 days since i was expecting to receive it and still no sign of it. Christmas will come and go and maybe we will have it for next year . Qvc and Festive are not taking responsibility for this. Who do you believe QVC or Festive? If QVC are saying they haven't received the stock and QVC are very very big then how will the smaller trade customers of Festive going to get a chance!! Good Luck
