Köpte en Festool Kapex 120 genom Proffsmagasinet. Har köpt flera Festool-maskiner som varit bra. Men den här maskinen var skadad vid uppackningen. Den hade en färg/teflonskada.
Vände mig till Festool, men vart hänvisad till Proffsmagasinet; för att av proffsmagasinet åter bli hänvisad tillbaka till Festool. Detta skedde nästan en handfull gånger, tillslut kontaktade en senior handläggare från Proffsmagasinet; både mig och Festool.
När jag besvärade Festools kundsupport; sista gången, så fick jag följande bemötande... (även fast jag aldrig talat med människan innan)
- Jag har sagt detta 17 gånger
- Vill du ha en ny maskin???!!!
- Jag blir så trött på proffsmagasinet, som hänvisar deras köpare till oss.
Efter om och men fick jag den hjälp som jag hade ringt om... En åtgärd och en reparation.
